I contacted Covenant Garage Door midday and Keith was out later that afternoon to repair my garage door. I had one spring broken, but opted to replace both. Keith was prompt, courteous, and professional. Highly recommended!

I selected Coventry from Angie's List based upon member reviews, called at about 2:30 P.M. and Keith called back promptly. He said he was on another job a few miles away and would come by when he finished. By 5:30, our garage door was repaired. One spring was broken, and I opted to replace both for good measure. Keith encountered two small problems from the last time the springs were replaced, and he dealt with both. He was friendly, professional, efficient and effective. Highly recommended.

I had an ancient wood garage door on a 70 year old house that finally bit the dust and would not open. So rather than repair I decided to replace it and add an opener. Keith at Covenant was the first to respond to my request for bid and earned my business rather quickly. He was very prompt at getting bak to me about different door styles and costs and answered any questions I had. He came out to view the garage door once and a week later him and his son, Kyle, installed the new door and opener very efficiently and quickly. They both were extremely nice and fun to chat with and were also very professional and took pride in their work. Loving my new garage door and it is so nice to have an automatic opener. Thx Covenant! He did an excellent job. He was friendly. It was a great price. He was in and out under an hour. He was prompt.

It turned out to be a very simple fix where he only had to flip a switch. I wish he would have mentioned that simple troubleshooting step before coming out. He offered to lubricate the door mechanism to provide additional work for the service call, which I accepted. The service was prompt, and he fixed the problem, but it was an expensive service call for so little work done.

The service was excellent. The owner who came out was very polite and very punctual. He left the area clean before he left. I have already recommended them to several friends.

Keith was easy to reach, came out promptly to make a bid, and once we agreed to proceed, completed the job very quickly. My garage doors are all 15 years old and I only needed to replace one that had been hit by a car. He did a great job of matching the old door. Even though the match is not exact, most people would never notice that one door is slightly different. They just don't make the old doors anymore. Keith and his son completed the job quickly with no issues or surprises, and even adjusted one of my other doors that was making a noise for free. I would definitely call them again in the future if the need arises.

Fantastic! The professionalism was amazing, the response time was amazing, and the price was amazing. I had called several garage companies in the area (I'm in Chesterfield) and this company was by far the most reasonable. $175 for a set of springs (5yr warranty) $56 for installation of key pad I will recommend them to all my friends and family. Job well done!

Outstanding job! Came out the same day I called and had the garage door back in working order within an hour. The springs on the garage door snapped and the door became too heavy for the opener motor. Covenant had the parts on the truck and even took time to explain the repair to me in detail. Keith showed up early. Quickly replaced the two springs above the garage door. Keith also inspected the rollers and found that three needed to be replaced. I will definitely call Covenant Garage Door Company later this year to have these replaced.

I had asked Kieth about his availability to come out to repair a sagging garage door panel. I called Friday and he came Monday afternoon. Very responsive and professional. I am very happy with my new insulated garage door. The workmanship on the installation was great. They hauled away the old door and hardware, they cleaned up after themselves. They arrived on time. They installed a quality insulated door. The only problem I had was Keith Kleeschulte would not give me a written estimate prior to beginning the job. I called him Tuesday, 10 September 2013 and he told me over the telephone the price was $860.00 for the insulated door, so I made the appointment with him to install the door on Friday, 13 September 2013. When the job was done he told me the price would be $908.19. I asked him about the price discrepancy and he said the lower price was for the un-insulated garage door. My profession and training is in law enforcement. I know what he quoted me, but since I had no written estimate and I was satisfied with the garage door and his price was lower than the bids I received from Lowe's, Home Depot and other garage door companies, I paid for the door. I felt very uncomfortable about it and still do. I know it's only $48.19, which isn't much, it just the principal. I would use Covenant Garage Door Company LLC again, but I would insist on a written estimate. I highly recommend Covenant Garage Door Company LLC.

We needed to install a garage door opener for a brand new home we just built, so called a few A-rated businesses on AL to get a quote. After speaking with Sammy, I know we had found the right servicer. Not only was the price below the other competitor, but Sammy was very personable and genuine. he was honest about the quote breakdown and the parts he would be using. He called the day before to confirm appt and was there promptly for the service. We really like our garage opener with 2 remotes and a keypad. Will definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

Sammy originally put in our garage door openers and gave us a great price. After only using them for a short while, the spring on our garage door snapped in two with our cars trapped in the garage. Sammy came out the same day (on the weekend) and replaced both springs on the door for the most reasonable price of all the calls I made. Sammy graciously did not charge me the weekend rate because we had gone with them previously to install our openers. You can bet that I will be calling Covenant Garage Doors to meet any future needs!
