terrible. Had problem with heat ( a/c repair was in July 2020). Turns out they did not reinstall the exhaust pipe correctly with caused a heating malfunction. I called and complained but they have not resolved the issue yet. I'm out an extra $250 repair because of there error. Update as of 12/1/2020: I did have some issues due to an unforeseen circumstance but the repair they made was good. As for a previous review I left, they did finally call me on Nov. 27th about the unforeseen problems. The repair tech and discussed the problem and I was very satisfied with his call. I would recommend Tyler to anyone needing their services. I did get a call from c-n-o as a followup on Nov. 28 but we could not agree on a resolution so I dropped by request for a review of the issues. I would recommend c-n-o for your service needs

Called CNO Comfort Zone given the good reviews here and the fact they were a family-owned business. Within 3 hours of my initial call, two men from CNO arrived ahead of schedule, wearing masks. Using special equipment, they tested the line set and found the leak, repaired it, pressure tested the line to ensure no other leaks were present, then reloaded the 410A and added 2lbs due to leakage. It took about 90 minutes total time, and now it is blowing cold again. They were professional and courteous, did not appear to rush the job but took steps to ensure they accurately diagnosed and fixed the issue to prevent future problems. CNO will be my new go-to when it comes to HVAC repair and preventative maintenance given their high level of service and very reasonable prices. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Awesome. Very easy to talk to. Did not try to talk us into anything we did not need. They were here within an hour from the time we called. Told us what was wrong. What needed to be fixed today to get heat today, Possible future issues, furnace is 20 plus years old. We asked for estimate on replacing heating and cooling unit in future. Talked about options, rebates, warranties and more at no additional charges. Best price on service call after calling 8 companies in area. Fastest to get to us.

OMG - I requested service, online, late Friday night. Saturday morning Charley called me and set up an appointment for that afternoon. Not only did he quote me an awesome price, he went above and beyond in fulfilling my furnace needs. I have 2 furnaces, and he cleaned them both AS WELL AS identifying a humidifier problem (which is scheduled for 2 weeks from now). He did a Fantastic job, and was very professional. I would HIGHLY recommend them. They are now my Go-To HVAC service. Thanks Charley!!

I called Charlie early in the morning and he said he would be right over and he came to our home right away and quickly diagnosed the problem which was the furnace needed a new ignited. Charlie said he had used the last ignited that was required for our particular furnace the day prior and said he would go to St. Louis right away and pick up the part and return as soon as he could. He did return in about 2 hours and installed the part. After he completed the repair I asked him if he had time to install a new thermastat that I had picked up recently and he said sure and installed it in a very short period of time and I am pretty certain he didn't charge for the thermastat since the bill was very reasonable. I will recommend him to my family and friends and use his company whenever we need heating and cooling work in the future. .

This review provided by Robert Zahner: First, I couldn't believe how quickly Charlie (the owner) called me with a quote (10 minutes at most) and he provided a very reasonable price to do the work and said the work could be scheduled for the same day or next which surprised me so scheduled the work for the next day and two men were here early, not late, and they were very nice and professional. They did a good job of cleaning and checking the furnace. Since a new filter was required, they installed one which cost only $5.00 which was a bargain since the filter for our furnace normally cost almost twice the one they installed. They also gave me an estimate of how much it would cost to install a new furnace and a/c which was reasonable so I may call them for this in the future. I told them I would be recommending them to my son and anyone else.
