+ -1 morePurchased a Groupon for this company and we set up a date for work 2 months out. That day has now passed and they have never showed up or returned any of my calls. I have paid for the service and have not even had the courtesy of a call back. I am beyond disappointed and I feel like they have stolen my money. It is literally a crime.

Description of Work: Nothing. I had an appointment, came home early from work, at my cost, and they didn't show up. I called and left two messages, no return phone call. I finally emailed the company and was told that they didn't have a good contact phone number for me to tell me that the guy was not coming. This is not right because I have contacted Travis several times over the summer and they should have had my contact information, I certainly had theirs!
