This company was hired by our builder, however after paying our builder for their services, they came after us for their unpaid bill. I instructed them to contact the builder, however they are still placing the unpaid bill on us. Also one of the light outlets that they installed recently came down. I feel their work was rushed.

We had an emergency on a Saturday night with a circuit constantly being tripped. The real emergency was that we were leaving on a trip very early Monday morning. Since we were leaving our pets in the house to be checked on by a petsitter, we were especially concerned - we did not want to leave them in any danger, not knowing how serious the situation was. We also wanted the outside lights on to help protect the house while we were gone. We had called several companies with no one answering their emergencies numbers. This company did the same - I left a message, told them we were desperate to get this fixed before we left on our trip or we would have to cancel. Never heard from this company. I do not consider that 'emergency service' as they advertised on Angie's List. A call back saying 'yay or nay' would have been very nice.

They showed up on time and worked very efficiently. He explained what was wrong and what he needed to do to fix each problem. He was able to finish everything sooner than I would have expected and it was less expensive than what we thought it would be.

Cheaper than they quoted. Done in 20 minutes.

My experience has been very good. I plan on using them again. The technician was very competent. They are reasonably priced.

They were fine to work with. I had no problems with scheduling an appointment. They were able to come out quickly. There were two people here and it took an hour to complete the work.

Half my lights were out in the house. The service man showed up to my door with a badge and a business card. Very well groomed and professional. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed in less than an hour. I was told what their company charges beforehand so there would be no surprises. He cleaned up after himself and left no messes. They had very reasonable rates and will be referring them to all my family and friends!

The electrician was on time, well groomed and very efficient. He found the problem, explained it to me and corrected it. He was friendly and knowledgeable.
