 + -1 moreThe Barrale Brothers were prompt, very courteous, and extremely professional throughout their tenure with the Stone Bridge Villas Condominium Association. Most impressive was their quality of work. They applied a thick, uniform coat of paint to the exterior surfaces of 6 of our buildings. There were no missed spots, no runs, no drips, no sags, and no slop-overs on adjacent surfaces. They even removed (and re-installed) shutters and downspouts to get complete coverage on the painted surfaces. Equally important, the Barrale Brothers returned our property to us in excellent condition. Other than a nice, clean, smooth coat of paint on the exterior of the buildings, we could not tell they had even been there. The Stone Bridge Villas Condominium Association is eagerly anticipating the Barrale Brothers' return next year when we have six more buildings comprising 22 residential units to paint.
Description of Work: The Barrale Brothers painted the siding, trim, shutters & doors, and garage doors on 16 residential units as well as the Association Clubhouse for the Stone Bridge Villas Condominium Association in O'Fallon, IL.
