Perfectly. Exceeded expectations. We did some research prior to hiring Advanced Pest Specialists and we met with several other companies. Other companies told us information we knew to be incorrect and had pushy sales people only interested in making the sale. Ken knew his stuff and everything he said was completely accurate based on our research. He was professional, personable, and punctual. We had cheaper bids and more expensive bids, but it was clear that Advanced was the only one that had the integrity and knowledge to trust for the termite/pest service.

Ken exceeded all of my expectations, for the services (hornet nest and skunk removal) I had requested of him. He did not rush to get the job done. In fact, he waited for the arborist to remove the stump near the hornet nest to complete the job. Such a nice guy, he provided his bee suit for the arborist to use while removing the stump! The jobs were completed and I am 100% satisfied with the quality of his work. I certainly would recommend him to anyone who needs a referral for Pest related services. Thanks Ken!!!!!
