Description of Work: They looked at my basement for waterproofing issues. Said that evidence of moisture wasn't good bad, overall. The suggestion was to do some caulking on the concrete outside the house, along with some masonry work on the foundation. If I was still having moisture issues with these improvements, they would be happy to provide an estimate and do further work. For now, I will contact a masonry company, and contractor to clean out gutters and perform the necessary concrete work.
