First contacted Jacob at about 3pm Tuesday to look at a house we're under contract for. Was able to make it out same day and finished the inspection by 4:30pm. Very knowledgeable and friendly and provided a very detailed report about what fixes should be prioritized and what we shouldn't worry about. Very helpful!

Project: To analyze the structure of a building and it's foundation after a fire. The basement sat for 17 weeks with 3 to 4 ft. of water in it. Insurance insisted on a rebuild even though county condemned the building. Mr. Bollinger was professional and knowledgeable and pointed out many details that insurance Mitigation Inspectors failed to include in their assessment of the damage caused by the fire. His report was concise, to the point and no smoke and mirrors. He also placed his stamp on it, He stands by his assessment of of what he observed

Jacob is awesome! We had an addition completed on the back of our house. Some posts were not centered on the piers. We needed an expert to make sure we did not have any structural issues due to the piers not being centered. We talked to Jacob and discussed our concerns.
