Description of Work: We had a partial power outage not explained by thrown breakers. Confusion ensured when turning on the stove, caused all the other electrical users to come on! Aaron came and did a thorough job of checking the electrical box, the major appliances involved, etc. He replaced an outlet that appeared to have a loose wire, but said he thought it might be an Ameren problem. He left, and not 5 minutes later I saw a shower of sparks from outside near where the electricity came in the house. I called him and came back immediately. He called Ameren for me, and proceeded to check with me by phone throughout the day to see if Ameren had come. He was prompt, professional, and very courteous. I'd want him to come back if I ever had trouble again. We had a problem with scheduling in the beginning, which was apparently an office mix up. But when Aaron came, I couldn't have been more pleased with his work.

Description of Work: I needed some work done to the circuit breaker box in order to bring it up to code as well as making it more safe. They installed the proper brackets and adjusted the breakers to be properly sized for the circuits. They also installed a new ground stake.
