XL Flooring

The two installers were very conscientious. They were customer oriented. Great communication on for both parties. Would definitely use them again for additional flooring needs.

XL Flooring replaced my entire basement floor after a pipe broke over the holidays. They also installed flooring in my entryway. They did an excellent job and went above and beyond during the entire process. The workmanship was exceptional, including some challenging issues with the flooring that required precise and detailed work. You were meticulous about keeping the work areas as clean as much as possible. Both floors are absolutely beautiful, and I could not be any happier with the end result. I will not hesitate to contact them if I ever need flooring installed again and will recommend them to any of my friends or relatives.

The floor was not at all like the sample, and the owner agreed. It was laid on top of my existing floor, so now I have 2 floors that will have to be removed in order to get replacement flooring. The seam is big and bold and sticks out. When they put the baseboards back on, they created new holes, leaving the old holes in view and unpatched. The new flooring was ordered, but it again was dull. He told me to pick out something else. I said I didn’t want something else, and that I was very upset with a floor that I didn’t like and wasn’t what I chose based on a sample. I got my money back, but there were no repercussions and now I am stuck with an ugly floor that wasn’t even installed well. The son told me to put wax on the no wax floor! I said I was not comfortable doing that, and he countered “I told you to do that!” This is absolutely not true. The owner did not care that the workmanship was poor, he didn't care that the material was wrong, and he didn't care that his son lied to me. The whole experience was a nightmare.
