Description of Work: Tuckpointed back side of 3 story house, along with porch pillars, fixed area of brick with water damage. Had to remove and re-lay brick above basement window as well replace steel beam that was rusted out from water. Arranged sub-contractor to fix 2 spindles in porch rail (molded to a perfect match).
