+ 0 moreBrad was in on Wednesday and finished by Friday. In addition to doing the repair work we asked him to do, he also suggested upgrading our gutters and soffits in the front of the house to prevent further damage. It was a great recommendation, and the new gutters and soffits look and work great. They actually improve the curb appeal of the house. He was able to save most of the flooring he removed and mix in newer pieces to keep the costs of the repair down.
Description of Work: Replace a water damaged closet. Including re framing exterior studs, replacing exterior soffits, replacing exterior gutters, pulling and replacing flooring, and replacing the drywall around the damaged area.

He is very tidy through the entire process, cleaning up as he goes. We trusted him to be in our home with no reservations. I wouldn't ever use another painter in the St. Louis area.
Description of Work: Joe painted our kitchen, foyer and 1/2 bathroom. He patched and smoothed out the cracks in our plaster walls and ceiling. He painted the ceiling, trim and walls.

+ -1 moreJoe's price is competitive. He always arrives at the time specified. He uses protection as needed and cleans up thoroughly each day. He is very pleasant and easy to work with. I highly recommend Joe for any painting work you need.
Description of Work: Joe painted three bedrooms--walls and ceilings, also the three closets and shelves. He caulked all trim and the windows, patched many drywall areas, and primed and painted all. Joe does exceptionally fine work, he pays a lot of attention to detail. He is always on time, works neatly, quietly and efficiently. He makes sure he knows exactly what you want, and doesn't mine changing if you change your mind. He always keeps you up-to-date. What he will be doing that day and when the project will be finished. I highly recommend Joe for any of your painting needs he will do a fine job for you.
