Everything about my experience with Williams Heating and Cooling was great from the very first phone conversation until the completion of the install. Job Well Done

I have been using Williams Heating & Cooling for 3-4 years now, mostly for regular HVAC maintenance checks, although once I did have a semi-emergency. They were able to come by my house the next day and do the repair to help ease my mind. I usually have the same technician perform the services and he is always friendly and professional. As of now I plan to keep using them for any future HVAC needs.

They gave me one of the best quotes, and responded to my inquiries very quickly. They were amazingly professional and completed the work when they said they would. They even helped me find another professional to install the security cage I needed as they didn't offer that service. They vouched for him and he was equally professional.

I had an A/C condenser that was acting iffy. I had another company come take a look. The A/C was running at the time and they couldn't find the problem. But then the A/C acted up again, and I called Williams Heating & Cooling. A technician came out the next day, found the problem and fixed it in just about 1/2 hour. Very impressed. Not all companies deliver the same quality of service even if they are rated 'A' here on Angie's List. The 'A' rating this company has earned is well deserved.

They had to replace a part that was broken and they did not charge me for it. Because it was caught doing the Winter Tune-up. They are type of company that is honest and you can trust to always do the job right. The service man was very professional & polite letting me know what had to be done. This is so helpful to Senior Citizens on a fixed income.

OUTSTANDING !!! From the initial phone call, through the inspection, installation and then running me through operating the equipment, the owners, and installers were AMAZINGLY friendly, and STUNNINGLY professional!! No hard sell-just a concise knowledgeable offering of options. They all were FANTASTIC, and made the horrible situation of having to replace A.C. and furnace much less stressful!! QUICK to give inspection and estimate, and then squeezed me into their schedule!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

The technician, Matt, was timely, professional, and very friendly. He was prepared with having the part that was needed and quickly took care of the problem at a very reasonable cost.

PERFECTLY!!! The bid and scope of work was EXACTLY what was promised. They even let my son know that he needed a new pad for the outdoor unit (which he knew was broken) but the other bids he received did not even mention this. Plus, Williams had financing available where the other companies did not. Also, the AC broke the night before my son left for vacation and it REALLY needed to be fixed but Williams treated me with courtesy and NO BIG UPCHARGES. Their bid was competitive and fair. The technicians (Justin and David) arrived promptly and were very professional and polite. They covered the carpeted areas with drop cloths and went to work. They were so quiet that I did not know they had removed the indoor unit until they were taking it outside. When they finished their work everything was put back in place as though they'd never been there, the old units were hauled away, and they walked me through all they had done for final approval. This is the only company I would ever have in my home or recommend in someone else's home.

They like to make excuses as to why something is not their fault or why they won't warranty something or why what they said last time was correct at the time, but things have changed since. They were great to work with when the installation occurred, but have been a nightmare ever since. Save your money and go someplace else; unless you like countless excuses and poor workmanship. I hired a reputable company to come out and fix the system - and another company to come out and repair the damaged ceiling.

Technician arrived on time as promised, diagnosed the problem, gave me an idea of the cost, and fixed the problem. Super responsiveness, very professional service, and reasonable/competitive prices. I'd hire these guys again in a New York minute....and so should anyone else wanting quick, reliable, HVAC service. GO WILLIAMS!

They could not have been better to work with. Both times they have some out to service my two units, they were prompt, courteous, and professional. Above all, they were very honest. I am a new home buyer, and they gave me peace of mind. I will always go back to them. Their prices are also right in line or cheaper than the competition. They are a great independent company, doing things the right way.

I contacted Williams at about 8:30 AM and they were at my house in less than an hour. I let them know that they needed a ladder to get on my condo roof to see the air conditioning unit. They had it giagnosed in less than 10 minutes that I needed freon. They called me and gave me a price per pound. I did some google searches real quick and saw that the $85.00 per pound that they quoted me was a reasonable price. Also, their technician was polite and professional. I don't think he was there more than 30 minutes. I highly recommend them. Service fee was $75.00 and then 2.75 pounds of freon.

Great! The technician arrived when scheduled and performed a very thorough inspection of my boiler.

Joy & Mr. Williams went out of their way to accommodate my schedule for the estimate. They were very professional and personable! I would recommend them to anyone. Our decision to go with another company was solely based on price, which if it wasn't a special would have likely been even more competitive!

Williams Heating & Cooling was responsive, & professional. The repairman quickly diagnosed the problem & gave me a quote for repairs & replacement. While I opted for the quick fix, the 26 year old furnace broke on the coldest day this year. Williams H&C delivered space heaters to keep us warm overnight. The furnace team arrived on time the next morning & work diligently until the new unit was installed & working perfectly. I am extremely satisfied with my new furnace. The owner provided detailed explanation of all options, products, & services. My wife was so impresses that she used Williams H&C this week when her dad's furnace broke. We are fans!

I contacted Williams on 03 November, and made arrangements for them to visit very promptly two days later, on 05 November. Matt performed the cleaning check and concluded the furnace was in very good working order. I also had my wife ask about installing a better humidifier on the furnace since our current furnace humidifier needs to be supplemented by stand-alone humidifiers. Matt explained how a forced unit could be installed, and gave us an estimate for the work. She felt comfortable and not pressured as Matt explained the humidifier work.

WOW! FAST! Bought deal on Tuesday, came out on Wednesday to check to see if there would be any problems, installed in 2 hours on Thursday. Joy and Jane were a pleasure to deal with on the phone. Actually spent a little more with them than some other deals for the same product because Joy took some time to explain how the humidifier would work and if it was a good option for my home. We are from Texas and have never had the need for a humidifier so it was new to us. Justin came out to install. He was professional, quick and took time to show me his work and explain how the humidifier operates and how to perform the routine maintenance. A+! Will use you again in the future.
