Description of Work: I called on a Friday afternoon with an emergency, a "dangling" gutter on a two story house. The weather was cold, rainy, and windy, not the kind of conditions for climbing up the side of the house. Juan was busy but agreed to help and made it out at about dusk, cutting into his personal/family time. He took one look at the problem and literally ran back to his truck to get his ladder. About 45 minutes later he had the gutter back in place and secure. In the process, he was kind enough to replace a flood light at the roofline that had been burned out for almost 2 years. |He was very courteous and professional. I will definitely use him again, and hopefully not in an emergency situation.

Dear client I opologize for leaving any spare parts since the new gates had new hardware and it's a shame to throw any hardware that might be of future use. I should of placed anything loose in a box for you and should of checked with you before leaving any for any extra good boards behind. As for the credit I did fail to remind you that I did not charge you for staining the gates as free Anne incentive to hire me again. I did however check over one hundred boards to see if they lacked any nails so that your dog would not escape the ought cracks since this was the main reason to hire me and I made sur that every single board was taught and safe of loose boards or nails. Anyhow, my opologize and I hope everything is well.

Description of Work: Handyman did a good job on three tasks that he performed. Unfortunately, I needed some electrical work done and he was not able to work with electricity. That limitation should have been provided before he showed up.

Juan Su, West County Handyman, recently did a job for me. I had a wall and ceiling joint that repeatedly separated. He suggested a wood molding to solve the problem and so far it is working just fine and his work is guaranteed. I found Juan to be reasonable in price, prompt, courteous, careful and innovative and everything else you would hope to find in a handyman. Be a bit careful because there are two companies that have similar names. The above Juan lives on Burlewood and I know nothing about the other company.

He did an excellent job. He was very careful and neat, and took things off very carefully. We have a little dog and he was very careful to keep it out of the room. He was concerned that we should not have dog footprints all over our carpet. The quality of work was outstanding and I will use his services in the future.
