+ -1 moreThere were concerns raised by a glass shower installer about the quality of workmanship and a high likelihood that the tile would leak in the future. Based on this tip, we have several other professionals, including 4 professional tile installers, a distributor of the tile, the manufacturer of the tile, a master carpenter, and the owner of our plumbing company tell us that the installation of the tile was faulty and could lead to future leaks. We then contacted Webster with this expert information on hand and told them about the issue. After considering our verbal and written concerns, the told us "they would take care of us" and take care of the costs that we incurred. Instead, they unilaterally compensated us for just a portion of what we actually incurred in a general release that they had us sign. We feel as though we were wronged and that the company acted unethically and dishonestly.
Description of Work: We hired Webster to put in ceramic tile and marble for a bathroom renovation project.

+ -1 moreTHE MAN WHO DID THE WORK WAS ON TIME, COURTEOUS, EFFICIENT, AND NEAT. HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THE FLOOR IS BEAUTIFUL.
Description of Work: TOOK UP OLD VINYL IN HALL AND INSTALLED 520 SQ FT OF CERAMIC TILE ON BASEMENT FLOOR. THIS INCLUDED 2 CLOSETS.
