Great - Larry's team was professional and prompt and the windows look great. Larry was very responsive and is such a nice guy. We first replaced our upstairs windows and then used him again a few months later!

I called several places when one of our windows was stuck open. Rain was in the forecast within days, but I couldn't get anyone to put me on the schedule for less than 5 days out. I called W-S Windows and Doors and the receptionist transferred me to one of the techs. When I described the problem, he said "I don't have any real openings, but I hate to leave you there when it's going to rain". He came out to the house immediately, skipping his lunch hour, and fixed the problem within 10 minutes. I was very appreciative of that kind of customer service, and understanding that rain+open window=problem for a homeowner! Would definitely use them again for any issues and/or replacement.

Salesman came by, listened to what I wanted. Priced several options and proved to have very competitive price. Came when scheduled, did a good job installing windows and cleaned up when complete. Boss came by a week later to be sure I was happy. I would recommed them to others.

The install went flawless. I paid extra for the door to be painted at the factory and it is beautiful. There were a few areas on the door that needed touch up and they took care of it with touch up paint. I would highly recommend the company. I priced similar doors at Lowes, Menards, Home Depot and Martin Door and got the best price with this company. So far haven't had any problems.
