Joel called Day of appointment, he was able to work us in four hours earlier than planned. He assessed job, gave estimated time frame of completion. Job was finished in a timely fashion. Joe is very neat in the work area, he cleaned the area when finished and made sure his shoes were clean, as not to track trash thru the house. Joe arrived a few minutes ahead of the appointment time. He dismantled the toilet and replaced the wax seal and reinstalled the toilet. He completed the job in about thirty minutes. I needed a handyman who would be willing to do the small jobs and Joe is that person.

Joe is a dream handyman, highly recommend. Professional, reasonable and frank about areas that he thinks are out of his area of expertise. Unlike other contractors who bill by the hour and sometimes stretch the work unnecessarily, Joe was punctual, got the work done quickly and reasonably. When I had to call him back for something that required attention again after a couple of days, he came back and fixed it without charge.

Joe is great; he arrives 10 mins early, is professional, courteous, and works efficiently. My garage door was a bit 'off' due to previous damage (we think) and he took the time to figure out what the problem was and fix it. When he was done the new opener was running great and the door was fixed. He also did a great job with all the other fixtures. I would be happy to have him work in my home any time and highly recommend him.

Joe was very punctual. He thinks carefully about the best way to do a job. He often gave me suggestions of how to do things better. One day, when I was out, I asked him to build a vegetable bed from some Sunset Magazine plans. He modified the plans to make things better, by adding an extra support for the greenhouse part of my vegetable bed. He also thinks carefully about the use of resources. He was able to rebuild the interior of an old cabinet for me with only one sheet of plywood by laying things out creatively and we were able to return the extra sheet. He also cut the pieces so they would fit very snugly. That way, he didn't have to hammer them in and one of the panels could be removed later if the electrical had to be accessed. He is reasonably priced, and makes sure the work is well done. He can do most carpentry and a lot of basic electrical and is efficient with his time. I would recommend him for anyone that has lots of small or medium jobs to do and wants to get someone in to do them all at once.

Joe was punctual, both in meeting with me and getting me the bid after our meeting. The price he offered was very reasonable. He answered email in a timely manner, which was important as I needed a lien waiver from him in order to close my house sale. His work was excellent. I had a set of wooden porch steps with only one handrail, and he built a second handrail that matched it exactly. He also did a few other, smaller tasks, that same day. I would definitely hire him again.

I am really happy with the work that was done. Joe is professional, prompt, and does quality work. He took the time to completely explain his approach, and the result turned out to be more than what I hoped for. Joe is exactly the kind of handyman I have always been looking for. I often try to do projects like this by myself, and the results leave me unimpressed. He came in with a price under what I had expected, had it done in a fraction of the time, left the site tidy, and was one of the friendlier guys I have met in a long time. Can't wait to bring him on for the next project!

It went with out a hitch. If he ran into a problem in what he was doing, he told me about and suggested the best way to handle it. I couldn't be more impressed.

Three days after he told me he was to get back to me, he sent an email saying he was not going to have the quote ready for a few more days. OK, no problem, several days after that I received another email stating he had called 3 or 4 places and nobody had the fencing I needed at 6'. OK, several more days went by and I heard nothing. I finally called him, having not heard from him now for 2 weeks, and asked him what was going on. He stated he was a one man show and didn't have the time to price out the slats for the fence. I asked him if he still wanted to do the job and he said yes and promised to have an estimate to me in a few more days. He told me he had been waiting for me to get back to him. WTH? Within a couple of hours I received an email from him stating he no longer wanted to do my job. I think he is a one man show and if the job is easy and straight forward he would do a good job. If it requires any thought or an extra step he is not your man. Disappointing and he wasted my time.

We sold a house and one of the deck posts was a tiny bit loose. The buyer wanted it fixed. Joe came out and there wasn't much that could be done, because it really wasn't very loose. He was very creative in his repair to sturdy it up as much as he could. He came at the last minute, since it depended on the sale of the house. Very professional.

I have an older home so it is not just straightforward on how you fix some things. To do a repair, it tends to take a lot of thinking through. I had a list of things, he was able to get through all of it. My basement door was stuck, he fixed it. He did amazing work! Initially, when he did a walk through, he fixed an outlet for me quickly just to knock it out. He was great. His price was reasonable. He came back a second Saturday to finish up. I can't say enough about how good he is. Smart guy.

I liked every experience I had with them. He is always willing to help. He is just a really good handyman. I get my money's worth for the services he gives me.

He does a great job. One of the jobs that he did took longer than he thought he would but he didn't charge me any extra for the time. He is very honest and hard working. He is always here and he would always call if there was an emergency and he would be late. His prices are good and fair and he sticks to him.
