Description of Work: Lots of work--much of it good. Then took 3 months to replace front steps, plugged up the chimney which was outlet for furnace flue and did not repair the resulting massive amounts of damage to interior plaster, did not account for money he charged and probably overcharged by at least 10K.

HHH built a new concrete porch for us this spring. And, while the construction job itself was well-done, the carelessness of their workers during demolition resulted in our sewer lateral being blocked, and subsequently a sewage backup into our finished basement. Gary Huff (HHH's owner) initially attempted to perform the sewage remediation himself, despite lacking any necessary training or equipment. We then involved our homeowners insurance and qualified professionals to take care of the remediation and reconstruction. While we now have our basement back, thankfully, Gary Huff has been ducking our insurance company for the past few months, presumably in order to avoid paying for the damage that he and his crew caused. I could go into further detail. But, in the interest of brevity, I'll leave with the warning to use HHH for any work on your property at your own risk. If something goes awry with the job, you could end up with a deadbeat contractor on your hands.

They did a really good job fixing the water heater. However, there was a delay in getting the part because they didn't have the part, so I had to wait extra couple of days.

Overall, the experience was great! My home is about 80 years old, and I've always tried to maintain it according to the standards of the period in which the home was built. They were able to do that for me. They didn't compromise any of the artistic architecture in my home, and they did an excellent job!
Description of Work: They're a historical, insured restoration specialist company. I've had several projects done by them, including tuck pointing, brick work, and the restoration of original windows with glass block windows. They also waterproofed my basement.
