+ 0 moreTracy promised several times that he would be out to deliver and spread mulch. He never showed up. We called again. After saying he would show up then next day, he did not. We would not recommend doing business with this vendor!

+ -1 moreTracy came and looked at the job. However, he said he left his truck at home and had no tape measure. I think he was telling me that to avoid bidding on the job. I wish he would have just told me he wasn't interested. I never heard from him again.
Description of Work: I needed a retaining wall replaced.

Description of Work: Called Tracy on a Saturday and on Sunday he and his crew showed up when he said. Put up our Christmas lights. Has now made arrangements on the following day to come back weather permitting to fix a strand free of charge. Tracy is the best.
