deck cleaning, pressure washing
+ 0 moreTom Limmer came out to give a bid the same day we called. We had used his company twice before with excellent results. He walked around the house and yard with us and suggested the materials to use. He carries a laptop computer, entered the appropriate data and gave us a bid on the spot. His price was a few hundred dollars more than for the same job 5 years earlier but still far lower than another company that bid the job. Our only compliant is that he told us he would start in about a month but it was about two months. I believe that part of the delay was bad weather but part was overcommitment. Once they started they worked straight through and finished the job in a few days.
Description of Work: Chris pressure washed and stained deck, screen porch, and wood fence. He also did our mailbox and grill handle! This company uses hot soapy water from their tank truck for the power washing. They hand brushed the deck and porch and sprayed the fence with stain. They moved all furniture, power-washed it (at our request) and moved it back. They were very careful and made sure that the spray did not harm anything in our yard or our neighbor's.
