Very bad overall experience. Brice was very unresponsive, and didn't understand the urgency of fixing the water leak in a commercial office environment in a timely manner. I had several employees(men and women) working in the office and we had a lot of inconvenient for one whole week using the other remaining women's toilet. The water leak was diagnosed on a Saturday. Brice promised to me that the water leak will be fixed by Monday evening. I had to chase and make several calls all through the week to catch Brice. Finally, I caught hold of Brice on the following Friday and then on Monday (Full one week later), Brice sent one of his employees to fix the leak. The employee who Brice sent was very professional and completed the job quickly. I wouldn't hire Brice and his company in any urgent and important plumbing work.
