I am personally selling salvageable items online.

We chose what items to sell including furniture, jewelry, antique crystal chandeliers, household, exercise equipment etc..They brought dealers to our house to sell items and what was left was sold at an estate sale over 2 days. Bids were allowed on all items and bidders were contacted after first sale day before items were marked down on second day. Any items left after last sale day were taken to Goodwill for donation. The house was cleaned well enough for new owners to take possession. 30% of sales went to pay for services. Proceeds of sale were sent to us within a week of final sale.

Did not list all items sold. A lot of items disappeared. Sold items for minimum value. Owner of auction was very discourteous and rude.

Estate Sale Geniuses.

We had some setbacks that were out of their control.

We were interested in selling everything that could be sold with little left to be cleaned out (i.e., little trash removal). We contacted Those Two Girls and they did exactly what we wanted. They sold or otherwise got rid of virtually everything in the house. They grouped items, priced them and then conducted a pre-sale to selected buyers. After the pre-sale they conducted a public sale. What makes their service truly remarkable is that just after they agreed to do the sale, the central air in the house went out. They worked as long as they could getting things ready for the sale, in spite of the fact that temperatures outside were well over 100 degrees and temperature in the house was in the 90's. We had to delay the public sale until the air conditioning was fixed (it took longer than expected because of issues with the warranty on the a/c), but Those Two Girls came right back and conducted the public sale. They did such a good job that we didn't need to and quot;negotiateand quot; removal of left-over items. Truly amazing. Ken Pearson

They were fantastic and I will use them again in the future.

Those Girls did an excellent job of disposing of the remaining items of my household. The price was quite reasonable for the amount of work they did. They worked in tandem with me as I went about removing items I wanted to retain, (thus removing proceeds from the sale). As the job evolved it became clear that the proceeds might not cover their expenses. However they were very flexible in working out pay arrangements. We agreed they would be compensated based on their time rather than try to set a commission. They were very honest and reasonable and did a great job of maximizing the proceeds from the goods in the sale, (I actually made a small profit). Their honesty, reliability, and flexibility makes them great to use in a sale where you're working with unknown or evolving conditions. They have a great network not only of buyers, but of haulers that take all the remaining items, (gasoline, paints, lawn chemicals etc.). A GREAT and very complete job!
