Tom the owner was very informative and helpful.

They answered my post within 10 minutes and had someone out to repair my air conditioner fan motor within 3-4 hours. We re very pleased...and Tom was super nice and knowledgeable.

They were working on my house while I was away at work. When I came home in the evening, a few hours they had completed the job, I found that they left the sink running after using my bathroom and left the gate wide open in my yard, which I m extremely lucky that my dog didn t get out.

Jake did an amazing job my wiring was really messed up he fixed it now everything is working perfect. Very friendly and straight forward none of the jerry kelly sales bs he showed up did what was needed very affordable even it being the weekend and was super friendly on top of it. I'm honestly just happy to know who to call next time. Big thank you to Jake great job. We will use Thomas Hoffman again

I think I was overcharged for a leak fix. I see where the cost is $58.49 and i was charged $215.00. A bit too much. Eighty-nine dollars for ringing the doorbell and $89.00 for labor. I understood r-22 or was that cost correct at 2.5 at 105.50. I paid but feel cheated.

I was contacted shortly after requesting a quote and asked to describe the issue. He understood exactly what I was describing (the AC was freezing) and was given instruction. Jake arrived the next morning to check out the AC and had us up and running. He is very nice and knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue and options. I recommend them highly. Thanks!

Jake, the person who came to service my air conditioner for summer was wonderful. I had a bird nest (and a dead bird in the far side) and Jake was thorough in cleaning everything out. He took time to explain humidifier on furnace that the installation people two years ago (from a different company) failed to show how to make it function. I will definitely have Thomas Hoffmann for all future air and furnace servicing!

The customer service was top of the line. They came in fixed the issue in minutes, worked with my warranty company. Kind, courteous and knowledgeable.
