He did an outstanding job of making sure that every detail was attended to. He provided superb advice on how to negotiate with the seller. He always delivered on what he said he would do, never dropping the ball on a single detail. He followed up this flawless performance by making sure that my gas and electric services were addressed and providing me the necessary information for other services when he couldn't take care of them himself. He was available at all hours of the day and night to answer questions or deal with issues. I can't say enough about the amazing job he did for me.
Description of Work: Thom Snell searched for properties with the desired location and features. He arranged all visits, tours, interactions with homeowners and other agents. When I found a house he did a thorough job of advising, offering, negotiations. After the sale he followed up with closing details, dealt with a difficult seller and getting the house ready, made sure all inspections were done, and was there to meet repairman when I was unable to.
