Description of Work: I called them to replace a broken spring on one of our two garage doors. The service man called to say he was on his way and arrived at the appointed time. He replaced both the left and right springs as I expected and one of the cable pulleys. He also asked if we found the doors to be noisy when operated and pointed out that the rollers on both doors were showing signs of failure. No surprise since they were original to the house making them nearly 30 years old. He mentioned that they have a discount for Angie's List members for replacing the rollers at little more than their cost. I said go for it but he suggested that he replace the rollers on one door and if we were not satisfied there would be NO CHARGE! The new rollers significantly improved the situation and we have them on both doors now. | |To summarize, we could not have had a better experience and would recommend The Wright Door to anyone needing their services.

Technician was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Technician replaced photocells and reset the limits on the opener. He had the parts in his truck. He looked over the opener and the garage door to be sure there were no other problems. | |We will definitely call the Wright Door Company if we have any other problems with our garage door.
