The Wright Door

About 7:45, I received a call that the technician was on the way and would arrive at 8am and he was there on the dot!!! Our problem was a little tricky and the first tech checked in with another tech and tried a few things. When those didn't work, he called the other tech to arrange for him to come take a look instead of telling us we would have to get a new opener, that the one we would had couldn't be fixed like some companies would do. The second tech came at 11:30, checked it out and identified the problem and showed what he was doing. Two techs working together to identify a customer's need is pretty unique. They are not afraid to admit they are not sure what the fix is and call in for help. Their honesty was refreshing. A small part and about a 30 minute job later, the door was fixed and it was under $100. Some companies charge that just for a service call alone, not counting any parts or labor. The Wright Door Co. has a new customer for any future 95.maintenance with our garage doors (as we have 3 of them.)

They replaced the plastic rollers with metal rollers and lubricated all the joints. The garage door doesn't squeak anymore! However, sadly, they did not add bottom weather stripping as they cannot service our type of door. I had already paid for that as well. Worker was very professional and nice.

They did a wonderful job and were easy to work with.

I decided to replace the whole door and rollers when I learned the price. I was expecting it to be closer to $1500-$1800. It was $900 installed, and looks great. I had a little issue with it a month later, but when I called, they came right out the next day and adjusted/greased the track and BAM we're back in business!

We called Wright Door at 7am. By 9am, they were at our home and had identified the fact that we needed heavy duty springs because our garage door is larger and solid wood. They did not have the springs with them in the truck, but by 4pm they were back and the replacement was completed by 5pm. We were pleased with their promptness and the fact that they did not try to up-sell us a door (we have the original 1950s solid wood door and while it is old and dated, they said it was in good condition). We would definitely use them again.

Replaced rollers, adjusted coil spring, lubricated areas that required lubrication, and tightened all nut and bolts. Very happy with service and technician.

I got the wheels replaced and also got a garage door opener installed. I am very pleased with the product and the service. I appreciate that The Wright Door installer had high-quality product to accommodate my spur of the moment request. After two months, the garage door closes as well as it did the first day. The wifi features were easy to set up and attach to my phone.

it has'nt been done yet. supposed to be done today. 9-15-17 he called me a little after nine am. my appointment was supposed to be between one and three p.m. but i said it would be ok . i'm glad it got done sooner than later. 9 -2 -17

Super-professional, super-quick, EXCELLENT PRICE! I called around 12:30pm. They squeezed me into their schedule and were here in LESS THAN AN HOUR. I was amazed. Dan, the technician, was super-friendly. He worked confidently and quickly; obviously knew exactly what needed to be done, and completed the job in about 30 minutes. Dan told me why he likes working with this company, and described the highly ethical and fair philosophies that the Wright Door Company follows in doing business. I will DEFINITELY contact them again and will recommend them highly to others.

They gave me great advice on what I needed and didnt try to sell me things that were unnecessary for my needs

It went very well. Tom did an outstanding job on the installation. He was fast and very efficient. He answered all my questions while doing the installation .

John gave me a fixed price on the phone and explained what commitments that included. Dan arrived on time for the appointment and did a very professional job. He needed an additional part to make it work with the HomeLink control in my 2008 Audi. The part was ordered and Dan came back, installed it, and programmed it to work. I'm very satisfied.

Wright Door responds faster than any company I've ever worked with, I got an email and a phone call within two minutes and it was after 7:00! They work with your schedule and are extremely prompt, even told my son that he didn't need a new door when my son thought it would need to be replaced. These guys are honest as the day is long and beat all the others pricewise. We were so pleased with the outcome at my son's, my husband scheduled them to do an upgrade on our garage too! Very happy with both experiences, wouldn't consider any one else.

Tom put it all together with heart surgeon precision. He was done with the job in under an hour and gave helpful care instructions and tips not provided in in the 47 pages of size 5 fonts. I definitely and highly recommend their services!

He repaired one door and the opener works just fine now. The other opener he said would need replaced, without even looking at it closely. After he gave me the price to replace it, I called for a second opinion and price. That person actually found that it was just the sensors at the opening of the door that weren't set properly. The opener works fine without replacing it.

If it could have gone better I don't know how. Dan arrived right on schedule, we reviewed all my options and within minutes the work commenced. Efficient, thorough, and professional technician who explained exactly what he was doing while demonstrating all the new system features. I now have garage door that's whisper quiet and can be monitored 24/7 from the manufactures smart app. I'd highly recommend The Wright Door Company for service and replacement/install of a garage door, door opener, or general repair and maintenance.
