Description of Work: Service call that turned into a fix of the track.

Description of Work: our repairman arrived early to fix 1 broken spring. He quickly saw that we needed a new pulley. He was very knowledgable and polite. He quickly fixed the garage door and was on his way. We will use the Wright Door again.

Description of Work: Our garage door was kind of beyond repair and of a lesser quality. An Angie's List deal was available to us from The Wright Door. Dan installed a new door quickly and efficiently and programmed the remotes, the keypad, and the Homelink in one of our cars. We would definitley call The Wright Door again if needed and we recommend their services to others.

Description of Work: Our garage door was sooo noisy -- and we could tell it was becoming less aligned. Wright Door fixed it -- it is accurately aligned, very quiet and works perfectly. I thought it was a tiny bit pricey, but am glad to have a well-performing garage door again, and was very satisfied with the service and professionalism -- they were responsive, on time, and courteous.

Description of Work: After having a couple other companies unsuccessfully fix my garage door, I was getting estimates for replacing the opener. When the guy from The Wright Door came out, he immediately identified the problem and fixed the garage door opener. It works perfectly now.

Description of Work: Called on a Saturday and had someone over within an hour due to being in our area. We had a new garage door and opener installed with the proper mechanisms four days later. Our garage looks great from the outside and is at least 25 degrees warmer inside. Love our new, quiet door and the company. Will do business with again for sure.

Description of Work: Our double garage door was not working at all. The Wright Door replaced a broken coil, and the wires on the side of the door that had snapped. They fixed the warped tracks and lubed everything for smooth operation. They also gave us new remote openers because our old ones did not work unless we were standing right by the door. | |The Wright Door was very knowledgeable and professional. They knew exactly what my problem was even from talking on the phone and they came at at my earliest convenience (2 days after I called). The door was fixed in 30 minutes! I am very satisfied with everything and the door works great, better than even before it broke.

Description of Work: It took three days to get it right, which was concerning in a way, but I admired them for not dragging it out. My problem was given top priority. We had to pay extra for a part...that was unexpected, but it is working very well now. I would recommend using them.
