Dan was very professional, prompt and courteous. He knows his business, and was competitively priced. He offered emergency service, but it was not needed. Everything went exactly as planned! He was in and out in under 1 and 1/2 hours replacing the garage door opener. I would definitely use this company again!! If you want it done right the first time, this is the company to call!

I've never been so motivated to write a review for a service provider in my life. Our garage door spring broke and called to get it fixed. Trying to nail down a time to come out, I asked would you be able to come out tomorrow (Saturday)? Response - "you're the customer - you tell me when you want us there". Thinking in my head - "wow don't hear that every day". I've been thinking about getting a new opener as well for quite some time as our unit is 25 years old and thought it might be a good opportunity. The folks on the phone gave me a model # and exact costing. Dan, the highly skilled / knowledgeable service technician came out and diagnosed the issue in 5 seconds of walking into the garage. He listed out all the cost and recommendations and we stacked on the deal. After about a half hour everything was completed and he gave me an in depth instruction on how the unit operates. I'll never call anyone else for garage door needs. If you use anyone else in the STL market, you're missing out. Great Job & Company - keep up the great customer service.

Garage door was broken and couldn't be fixed. He didn't charge me, and he tightened the springs for free. I had a home warranty and they replaced the garage door through their own contractor. As a result, I ended up dealing with two garage door contractors, and the garage door works fine; but The Wright Door was clearly the better of the two.

These are very nice guys, easy to work with, easy to get on the phone, friendly and knowledgeable. Not a big company--just a few employees. I would absolutely use them again.

They were so nice and so good and professional! They responded within hours of purchasing the offer on Angie's List, then quickly booked the appointment at my convenience. They called on the way, were on time, and worked quickly, but did a great job. Then the next day I had an issue and called them. They tried to talk me through it on the phone, and when that didn't work, a truck arrived quickly and fixed the problem and left wishing me a great evening! I will always use them in the future and highly reccomend them!

The torsion spring broke on my garage door. I called The Wright Door to get and estimate and to schedule an appointment. They were very pleasant and helpful when I called and planned on coming very quickly. I choose to schedule my appointment the next morning instead of the same day since I had other obligations. A neighbor friend ended up replacing the spring that day, so I ended up not needing The Wright Door. When I called to cancel the appointment for the next morning, they were very pleasant and helpful then too. Although they did not perform the work, I will definitely keep them in mind for next time I need work done on my garage.
