Wright Door representative showed up in a very timely fashion. Explained the work he did and he offered an evaluation of my existing garage door. I had him replace all rollers. Garage door is once again operating smoothly.

Very well! The technician was prompt. Worked in a timely manner and then explained what he had done and what problems he had fixed. He gave me advice on an alternative design for any future purchase I might make if a replacement was ever needed, but did NOT try to upsell me. All of which I greatly appreciated. One month later my door is working fine and has gotten a lot quieter, as he advised me it would, after being lubricated. A big thank you to Wright Door Co. I will definitely use them for any future purchase.

Got an appt quickly and they came out on a Saturday. The work was professional and explained thoroughly how to use. We hired them back to replace rollers on the garage door.

He talked to me so it was wonderful. He called me and told me when he was going to be here, and he was here. He had everything that he needed. I ended up with a little extra service, so it was all good. They would be the only people I would call from now on. They were veteran friendly. The service was fast and didn't try to oversell me on anything. They did the job and were out the door.

JOB WAS DONE VERY WELL ....THE MAN WAS VERY GOOD ON QUICKLY INSTALLING THE COILS AND SPRINGS. HE KNEW ALOT ABOUT GARAGE DOORS AND THEIR REPAIR.

Garage door was fine. The guy knew what he was doing. He just got right in there and put it together. It was good. We called them that morning. It was really fast. He was very good. He knew his stuff. We were satisfied with the price. I have no problem with the company. The guy knew his stuff and he did it. It was fast and easy.

I don't remember anything bad. Everything went fine. Their responsiveness was good. Punctuality was fine. I don't remember any negative.

My phone call was answered on the first ring. The estimate of when the tech would be there was accurate and the tech called 30 minutes prior to arrival. The assessment was fair, he explained the issue and options were presented with no hard selling to replace the door. I opted to both replace and upgrade the door but was never pressured. The price reflected in this review is about 40% higher than a simpler door because of upgrades I purchased for added curb appeal. Love the door, the craftsmanship of Dan's work and will gladly recommend them to others.

The installer called shortly before the early morning appointment to change his arrival time to noon, then actually came at least an hour past that time. But once he arrived he worked straight through, adding wood to an old frame to make the new door tight and level. We were quite satisfied with the workmanship.

Excellent. I bought the Garage Door Tune-Up special because something near the motor was making a funny noise. Turns out it needed a new drive gear. Tom came out and replaced it in no time and greased the rails/pulleys as well. This is the 2nd we've used Wright Door, and those guys have always been friendly and professional. Anytime we need service we'll call on these guys.

Tom was punctual, knowledgeable and did a great job.
