Good. The whole thing, it was very timely, professional, polite and every yeah.

The service person was very polite and helpful over the phone and in person. Came at the appointed time and provided a free estimate (no service fee) for the bare minimal, essential work. Did not suggest replacing the rod, spring etc like the other companies I had called estimating from $500 to $1000. Instead of replacing the rod, he adjusted the existing rod saving me money. While he didn't suggest, I asked him to change the rollers. He was very honest, reasonable, and very quick and efficient. I could tell that he is very experienced in fixing the garage doors. In addition, he greased and tightened everything. He even reset the outside garage door opener without extra cost. Left their contact number and order number, in case I need to call them back for anything. Overall, I am very pleased and I have already recommended Wright doors to a friend and would continue to do so. Thank you.

It went great. Everything was fine. They were great. They got here. did it, and they was fast.

I had them out a year ago to replace cables on one door. I liked the repairman so called for a quote on new doors. The original doors were 36 years old and worn out. I had multiple estimates and they had the best combo of price and quality. installation went smooth and the doors look great.

It went great. On the first visit they were quick to apologize that they didn't have the particular seal I needed on their truck but would order it and be back. However, they replaced freely a "wheel??" or two which needed replaced. Upon return they installed the new seal but they were not happy with the result, so asked to return with one more thing. The returned and made the seal "perfect". They went above what was required helping me with my garage door opener light and more on top of my purchase. They were always kind, polite, expedient, on time, and professional. I would use them again and would/will refer to my friends.

They were courteous and explained the work they were going to do. When finished they asked me questions about the door and showed me how much quieter it was and how easy it now was to open by hand in case of a power outage.

Great The man ( can't remember his name ) called first and even arrived a few minutes early. He was a super nice guy. After checking out the door he pointed out that it had a small crack at the bottom and that he could put a bar across the bottom to prevent the crack from spreading. It cost $74 and I was happy he found it. It didn't take him long to get the job done. I would definitely recommend.

They called when they were on their way as promised. I backed out the cars so they could start right away on arrival. It took only about 20 minutes to replace the rollers. They also stretched out the garage door bottom seal that had shrunk in the heat, adjusted the garage door to seal properly at the bottom and programmed two car mirror buttons to work with the garage door opener so we don't need the separate openers any longer. No charge for the extras!!! Very personable and professional service.

Excellent. From the initial call (talked to John) and to the service performed by Dan, very impressive. On the phone, John is very friendly and professional, explained how the process works. After Dan arrived, he replaced the springs efficiently. He explained that our original springs were undersized and he replaced with the larger size springs which should last longer than the original ones (4.5 years). The original door seal was installed in a way that it shrinked 5 or 6 inches, leaving a big gap after the door is closed. Dan replaced the seal in a better way, which he explained to me clearly. Overall, excellent company and service.

Really great! I called on Friday and someone was coming out on Saturday morning, but he ended up being in the neighborhood that Friday afternoon. They were able to come out on Tuesday, installed it and it's great! The garage door opener has two remotes, and number pad panel by the door and even wi-fi controlled.

The service man was able to quickly fix what I had messed up. He had the door up and running in no time. I then had him replace the rollers and provide needed maintenance.

Wright Door representative showed up in a very timely fashion. Explained the work he did and he offered an evaluation of my existing garage door. I had him replace all rollers. Garage door is once again operating smoothly.
