The Wright Door

The tech arrived a few minutes after nine on Monday morning and quickly diagnosed the problem. The cable had not snapped but had come completely unattached from the door. The tech (Tom), quickly reattached the cable and then proceeded to ascertain why the cable had come off. He found some loose components which he tightened and tried the door out several times to insure nothing else was wrong. He then offered to replace the 30+ year old rollers with new , quiet nylon parts for the price of the rollers only. He explained that the first hours labor was covered by the service call ($95) an he had plenty of time left to install the rollers on both of my doors. I find this type of attention to detail and customer service to be outstanding and worthy of high praise. Other customers should know that this is a fine company to do business with. Tom not only fixed the problem, he then did trouble shooting to determine what caused the problem, fixed that, and then offered a great deal for replacing the rollers since I hadn't yet used the full hour of labor included with the service call. I highly recommend Wright Door.

They set an appointment quickly and arrived on time. They were professional and explain everything they needed to do and the price beforehand. The job was completed in less than an hour. I will absolutely use Wright Door again for any garage door or opener needs.

Wow! Dan came over same day, worked his magic, and less than 2 minutes later he fixed my door! Even though I insisted to pay him for his time, he did not charge me. He even oiled both of my garage doors after. I would recommend to anyone!!!

Excellent service. Dan had installed our garage door opener originally (found Wright Door through Angie's List), and came out as soon as he could to help us with our garage door. He immediately diagnosed the issue and repaired it in no time flat. Very friendly and very informative. When he installed the garage door opener, he recognized the type of garage door immediately and informed us that it was very high quality and assured us that the door would last a very long time. I never got the sense that he would try to up-sell us or get us to buy anything we didn't need. We've used the company twice and would use them again, and recommend them to friends and family.

Called 'Wright Door' and Dan came out and fixed it within an hour. He was professional, yet very personal. Explained garage door spring nuances as he was working on it and fixed few other things he noticed. I would highly recommend them.

Same day service on a Saturday! The guy was fantastic. I called in the morning and arranged service for the afternoon. As he indicated, he called 30 minutes before arrival, and again as he pulled up. He was very efficient and knowledgeable, and wouldn't let me pay extra even though the state of my door caused him extra work. He gave me all the prices up front and we agreed on the scope of work. When he was finished - fairly quickly for all he had to do - the total bill matched his quote to the penny. Will definitely use The Wright Door Co. again and recommend them highly.

I called at 9am and he was able to come out within 30 minutes. The work was down in less than 30 minutes. I've used The Wright Door several times and will continue to do so in the future and I will highly recommend their service to anyone that I know.

Went very well. I originally ordered a service to have the rollers replaced knowing that the entire system probably needed more work and intending to get it all evaluated when the rollers were replaced. Before I got the roller replacement scheduled a spring broke. Wright Door immediately scheduled a service for me the very next morning. The tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and good at his job. The bearings on the pulleys were completely shot which caused the wires to bind up and the failure of the system. He lowered the garage door and track so that it could move smoother and better clear the duct-work in the ceiling. He fixed all of the bolts which were loose and ripping free of the wood due to them being poorly installed to begin with. Then he replaced the rollers, pulleys, and springs and put everything back together. I watched and chatted with him the entire time so I could watch and learn. He was very friendly and seemed genuinely happy for me to be there and to teach and explain everything he was doing. I ended up with essentially a complete rebuild of my garage door and track system in about two hours. Everything is back together tight and straight and the difference is amazing. The door runs far, far quieter and smoother then it ever has before. Highly recommended.

Quick and amazing service. We had a broken garage spring and had already purchased a new garage door opener from a big box store. Their installer quoted an obnoxious price to replace it on top of the installation cost. So I called The Wright Door. The gentleman was very patient, fixed the spring and suggested replacing the rollers. The quote to replace the spring was half the price of the other installer and we ended up returning the new opener. So he saved us even more money.

Even on a holiday, The Wright Door was at our house within hours. Tom carefully measured our springs and had new springs manufactured quickly -- installing them as soon as they were available. Tom replaced our rollers with commercial ones and our garage door has never been so quiet or smooth as it goes up and down. I don't trust any company but The Wright Door with my Garage Door!

Tom was out within 2 hours of my call and had everything fixed in 30 minutes. I was ready to buy a new door, but Tom told me I just needed to reinforce the current door, which he did in 10 minutes. While he was there, he also adjusted some other parts and made sure everything was operating smoothly. Overall, a great experience.

Everything went well. The garage door is much quieter when it opens and closes now!

John took my call on Saturday and was extremely polite and helpful. He made sure to answer all my questions and responded to my concerns. He even was able to get a repair person out the same day! Dan came out and fixed the door within 2 hours of my call. I wish every company operated this smoothly and efficient! Honestly for the price and level of service I would not recommend any other company.

I purchased the $99 Bottom Weather Stripping for Garage Door and Garage Door Tune-Up. We had a slight mix-up with scheduling which resulted in the Wright Door providing service on both of my garage doors. I was not expecting this and it certainly was not necessary just because of a scheduling mix-up (things happen - no harm/no foul). The gesture was well above and beyond what expected and very much appreciated. I would certainly hire them again. They are awesome.
