Description of Work: Company had to change my appointment date (to the next day) because one of their trucks was damaged in an accident. Next day the man showed up, said I really didn't need the "deal" because my garage door was in great condition. He sprayed silicone on the rollers and joints because I said the garage door was noisy. That did the trick. Then he installed a new and much better operational panel for FREE because HE had to change my appointment! He wouldn't even let me give him gas money for the trip to my home which is about 40 miles from the company. I am 64 years old and have NEVER had a better experience with ANY service company. It just blew me away. Thanks to The Wright Door Company, it's employees, and Angie's List!!

Description of Work: I was very pleased with the service, and information provided by Tom. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need but was honest enough to tell me, and show me why I'll be needing a new door in the future. Definitely who I'll call for doors and service!!

Description of Work: The tech came and replaced the broken coil within 2 hours since I called. He did a wonderful job replacing it while he was pleasantly explaining what he was doing. I like that a lot! The whole thing took less than 45 minutes and everything works great! I will totally recommend them to my friends and use them next time I need something fixed. Happy happy happy!

Description of Work: We had a torsion spring break on our garage door. They came out the next day to replace it. Our door originally had only one spring, but the technician decided it would be better to have two springs. Done the service call was part of a "big deal"I was not charged for the second spring. He also took a look at the rest of the mechanical parts of the door and adjusted them to operate properly. Everything is still working great. I have recommended them to my neighbors and will call them if I ever have issues with my garage door again.

Description of Work: My garage door had come off the track and one of the pulley wires had come off the roller. The door would not open or close. I had one car in the garage and the other one outside needing to go in. I was stuck. Called after 6:00 PM for service. The person who answered the phone was polite and professional. He had a technician here within 60 minutes. In addition to the problems listed above, I discovered one of my springs was broken (it was obvious when Dan pointed it out to me). Dan replaced both springs, put the door back together, straightened the tracks, oiled the rollers and got the door working better than it ever had. He also gave me a quick tutorial on how garage doors etc work. I couldnt' be more pleased. Dan, the technician, was great, the service was quick (especially considering I called after most other companies had closed) and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: I was having a problem with my garage door and it just so happened that a door tune up was one of the deals of the day. So I took advantage of the special price and was glad I did. The gentlemen from Wright Door came out within two days and discovered what the problem was on the door. They showed me everything that they were doing and explained fully what was needed. I could not have been happier with the service and the price to correct my door. I would recommend this company to anyone.
