+ -1 moreMy laptop was beyond sluggish; it was taking forever to boot up and to navigate the internet. I contacted The P.C. Docs by email on Monday and heard back within a few hours; they were able to schedule me for the next day. Matt not only did the tuneup but told me that I needed more RAM. I asked him to add whatever was necessary and he more than doubled the RAM. My little Toshiba is now smokin' fast! All of this with a 24-hour turnaround. I would definitely use this company again and will recommend them to my friends.
Description of Work: Matt tuned up my several-year-old laptop and made it act like new again. Maybe better.
