These guys did a great job.

Marc came out in February to give me an estimate to replace my front and back door locks (deadbolts and handles). He advised me to wait to have the hardware installed until after some other construction was finished on my house since I would want my locks changed at that time anyway. He took time to explain the process and the best type and dimensions of hardware for my doors. On April 1 Marc and a member of his crew came out ot install the hardware I had ordered. Right away he told me the hardware I ordered for my back door wasn't what we had discussed. I called the company I ordered it from and they agreed to take it back and replace it with the correct hardware (saving me over $200). The guys went ahead and installed the front door hardware (pass through and deadbolt) after prepping and priming it for me to paint. They offered to come back to finish up the back door once I received the correct hardware. It took a lot longer than they anticipated to install the front door hardware due to the age of the door and door frame. The guys were patient and thorough and stayed until the lock worked perfectly. I'm currently waiting for Marc to come back and install the 2nd lock. He's been in touch and will be finding a compatible date to finish up. I will amend this review after the second door lock has been completed.

The work was done in a very workman like fashion. The guy that came, Mark, was the same person we used back in 2012. He was good at staying in touch. He couldn't come on the day he was scheduled to come but he called us ahead of time. He rescheduled with us and called us when he was on his way. He accomplished the work well to our satisfaction and overall in a good manner.

The Locksmith Guys did the work quickly and well. They were done when they said they would.

It went great. I called Locksmith Guys on a Friday and they came out and fixed the lock the next day. They were very punctual, professional, and explained what they were doing. Even gave me some tips on maintenance. I highly recommend the "Guys."

I called and Marc was there in 20 minutes. He drilled out the lock made extra keys and cleaned up after the job was done. Will definitely use them again. Good work at a fair price.

The company was very responsive. We set up a service date. The technician (Mark) called before he arrived and showed up at the scheduled time. He was courteous and efficient. He made a recommendation concerning the type of lock to use on various doors and explained his reasoning to me. I went with his recommendation. Overall, he did a great job and I would recommend this locksmith without reservation.

Very responsive; was able to come out the same day as I called. Had all the parts he needed in his truck. Was very knowledgeable.

We called on Sunday. He said might need a part and couldn't come until Monday morning and made an appointment for between 8:30 and nine. He found that a spring was broken, and, after first thinking he would have to order one, he decided he could fashion one himself. He said he had to take it to the shop because his truck was itself in the shop and assured me he would come back in time for me to leave for work at 12:30. He returned with plenty of time to spare. The lock works fine now. Also, I asked if he thought our other lock would break down soon (front, back and basement door have identical locks and use the same key, and he said he expected they would be fine.

Excellent. The technician was running late which he called to let me know he was running late , then called just before he got there. The job took a little longer than expected only because he was training an apprentice. He was friendly professional. Put screws in the door that was missing (which he didn't have to do) I was surprised at the price, I thought it would have been more.
