Called them and Greg came out in the afternoon and gave me a bid. Didn't think it included the removal of the limbs I had placed on the side of the house and near my fence at the backyard. Great work. Reason I had called was due to a very large limb falling and taking out my neighbor's power line. Need to prevent this in the future and had them do some pruning.

Kyle came out and spent half hour and did a walk around. I have not proceeded with their service as I'm shopping for bids. However, I was very pleased with the estimate I received.

The tree is doing better. I have been satisfied both times. They are really good and I would use them again. They cleaned up all their debris and I would recommend them.

They did a good job. The price was competitive.

I would use them again in the future.

With Davey's, everything is wonderful. They came out and gave me a free consultation. They gave me a plan with six items that I wanted done and I could pick when I how much to get done. I had separate pricing. When I contracted with them to do that first item, they did it right away, no pain, no fuzz. The price was worth it.

I have been using them for some time. They did good work. I was pleased with them. I would use them again.

It went well. They were okay. The reason I was kind of regretful that I had chosen them over someone else is they cost more than one of the estimates that I had, and I felt like they didn't do anything that the other person that gave me the estimate could have done. I don't think they did anything extraordinary. They could have been done by the one with the estimate I got that was a lesser charge. Other than that, they did what I asked them to do. They left the area clean, they did the job quickly, and they cleaned up behind themselves when they were gone. I just felt like I could have gotten the same job for less money. Other than that, I don't have any gripe with them because it was my choice. I haven't had them do anything else for me. They solicited me on other things that they do. It's not just trimming trees that they do. I don't know if I would use them again or not. I would think about it if there was something else and it was reasonably priced in comparison to other estimates that I have gotten.

They are very, very good. They are very careful and they don't let things fall to where they fall down on concrete or asphalt or things like that that's going to break. They clean up. They're very trustworthy. I like them very much. They have done lots of work for me over the years. I'd rather go with them knowing the job they do rather than hiring someone, let's put it this way, if I went someplace and hired some guy to climb up into my tree and get the dead out or whatever, he's not going to be as professional as Davey Tree. They aren't what I would say pricey out of this world but it would be more than if you asked somebody to climb into my tree for $50.

We use them on a regular basis and we were pleased. They do a great job. Every couple of years, I have the arborist out and we really go through what things look like and what we need to do.

Bid was confusing. Asked for a bid to treat a tree or to remove it. They gave a bid that treated the tree then removed the tree. Why would I treat it if I am going to remove it? Couple that with them not responding when they said they would leaves me to question their competency. I have quite a bit of difficulty with finding competent contractors in St. Louis. I decided to pass since they were dragged into giving me a bid and it was twice as much as other bids I had received.

They are excellent. We've been using them for quite a while. Last year we had them build some new raised flowerbeds. They did a wonderful job. They also planted a new tree for us. Anytime there's a problem, like deer rubbing on our new tree, they come out and look at it and tell us what we need to do. They were very good. They're all professionals and know what they're doing; they've all got degrees in these fields. We'ver very pleased with them.

Highly skilled and professional completion of the job, as planned by this company's certified arborist. Cleaned up both neighbors property, as well.

What they did was OK but they did not do everything and they did not clean up all that they did.

I had a very good experience with Davey tree. They were punctional and did a great job. They even cut some of the limbs from the tree they removed into firewood for me. They trimmed a tree that was beginning to touch the house. They did a great job of getting the tree 3 to 4 feet off the house and still looking good...i.e. they didn't just stub off the branched.

Davey was doing work across the street. I asked for an estimate to trim my two front trees while they were on the street. I agreed to a $100 cash price, which I paid when work was done. Work was done well and quick.

It went perfectly. They scheduled an appointment to view the trees and give me an estimate shortly after I called. They told me what the impact of cutting certain branches would be on the total health of the tree. My neighbor decided to have a smaller tree cut down at the same time (which also overhung into my yard) and would reimburse me. Davey Trees showed up on the scheduled day and the service was performed without a hitch and for the price estimated.

The whole process went very well. The worker showed up when promised and did an excellent job cleaning up. The price was higher than other companies but the workers at Davey are bonded and insured which was a priority for us. Very professional company!

Davey was very thorough and gave advice, but also listened to what was important to us as homeowners. We would definitely use their service again.

Showed up, trimmed the tree, stacked the logs, picked up all the bark and twigs that fell during the work.

I had a great experience working with Davey Tree. From the first visit to the completion of the project, I communicated with the company many times and they were always very responsive. All the work that was agreed upon was completed in a timely manner and appears very professional. I would definitely work with them again in the future.

We were very happy with them. They were prompt. They were courteous. They did everything as promised. They wrote it all on the contract what they were going to do and they were conscientious like they cleaned up after themselves. I had to leave, and when I came back all the work was done. You couldn't tell somebody had been here except for the work was done to complete satisfaction.

The service turned out very good to the best of my knowledge. I called them up, they took care of it and there nothing else to be done. I plan on using them this coming winter.
