Description of Work: After moving to our new home, and while we were still attempting to sell our previous home, our lawn mower and other tools were left at the other house so we could keep it up while it was for sale. Because of that, we called out Terry Landscaping on a few occasions to mow/trim our lawn. The price they charged for that servie was very reasonable and they were always timely, even when we called at the last minute. We last used them on 11/30/11 to remove a large amount of leaves from our yard. They did a decent job with the removal, and it was done very quickly, but I feel that the price for the service was a litte high for no longer than it took. Otherwise, we're very happy with them and will use them again in the future should we need the yard maintained for any reason.

After one month, company has continued to provide weekly service. Even with wet weather, service provided on time. Yard is left clean, cut, and trimmed. Edging could be better, but yard looks good when they are finished.
Description of Work: Left message on Friday requesting a quote. Call returned on Tuesday to get information. Received quote on Wednesday. Price is equal to most equivalent service providers.

Description of Work: I asked several companies for a bid and Terry was the first to show up with a very reasonable bid ready to complete within the week. Two workers came and completed the yard in less than an hour. The workers and work were all professionally done. I have used other companies in the past but will stick with this company.

+ 0 moreMr. Terry provided the best estimate we received for leaf removal. He provided an estimate quickly after we contacted him, and completed the work quickly after we called back asking him to do the work. There were still a spots with leaves when I came home from work, but the yard looked incredibly better than it did before I went to work in the AM. Even with a some leaves left, he certainly picked up more leaves than I did! I would definitely call Mr. Terry again for yard work.

+ -1 moreRussell Terry sends a 2-man crew to mow and trim my lawn. They have been coming weekly on Fridays. It is $35 per visit. I have requested they come every 2 weeks now as lawn growth has slowed down. The crew does a very good job, and Russell is always responsive to any requests I make.

Later that day someone called me back and told me they'd be out in a day or two to see the yard and provide me with an estimate. Within two days I got the estimate. Once we got a rainfree day two guys came out and aerated the lawn. Prompt professional service. I used this company once before. I feel like they are honest, and reliable.

+ 0 moreIt went great. I originally called in the Spring to ask about aeration and dethatching of the lawn. The company came out to look at the lawn and provide an estimate. Russell then called us back to let us know that the lawn didn't really need dethatching and he would not recommend aerating until the Fall. So we called back this Fall and they recommended aerating and reseeding. The process of contacting the company was easy. They were very responsive. Two guys showed up a week after we okayed the work. They performed the aeration and reseeding. Both workers were friendly and professional.

+ -1 moreFor the price I pay, I have been pleased with their service. I love that they do our lawn service on Friday so that our lawn looks nice for the weekend. If they get rained out, they will promptly be there as soon as the weather clears up. They have occasionally missed a spot here or there, but it hasn't been anything worth calling them about. On Thursdays, if I realize that the grass doesn't really need to be cut that week, I call them, leave a message, and they do not cut the grass the next day. I love that they offer that flexibility.

On their second visit, however, it looked as though the quality of their work had fallen off, as there were ruts in the backyard and areas that were left uncut. I did appreciate that he offered a price reduction on the work.

He's always fully answered any lawn care questions we've had, hasn't tried to "sell" us any of his other lawn services and is very knowledgeable. He's very reasonable and well worth the money. We will hire him again next year.
