Description of Work: I have used Terry Landscaping for the past several years for core aeration and composting in the fall. It has been my experience that they offer good service and reasonable (good relative) pricing for the composting. They are professional, courteous, and friendly. I would have marked even higher but have noted recently some delay in responsiveness.

Description of Work: Contact Terry's Landscaping and Lawn Care to provide mowing service. I've been using Terry's Landscaping and Lawn Care since August 2014. Weekly lawn service.

Description of Work: We hired them to cut/trim/blow.Their mowing was terrible.They missed areas in the yard repearedly,trimed what they wanted to trim.Gave up asking them to trim better and slipped them a 20 to get the yard looking good due to company coming in town.They blowing if that what you call it was just as bad.Never blew off the patio,pointed the mower at the vinyl fence so that was full of grass and dirt and had to ask for that to be blower off also.That was in the backyard.The front yard was sloppily cut also.I timed them a couple times and they Mowed it like they were having a race.Cut it in 23 seconds.Real profesdional.Blew the leaves and clipping GS on g o the front steps and porch and even our vehicles.Left numerous messages on their recorder and wrote a letter also about my complaints.Not one phone call back.Is that how you'd like your lawn co. running a business? I don't know how they have been in business for 9 years.Very unprofessional not addressing the complaints that I set forth.Will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!

Description of Work: Terry Lawn care guys mowed fairly large lawn & cleared many problematic, viney areas with weed-eater as requested. I came home to a fabulously mowed & trimmed yard that looked great! (Previous lawn man never would finish weed-eating everything, creating some problematic areas of over-grown ivys & tall grassy patches, & he charged more !!)

Description of Work: He gave me a fair price to cut my front and back yard. A female from his office called to tell me the amount it would cost. I asked if it would be more for the first time and she said no. I agreed for them to come and mow the lawn.

Description of Work: Workers came on time. Leaves and gumballs were blown to curb and hauled away. Work was completed within the estimated time to complete the job. I was satisfied with their work and woluld use them again.

Description of Work: The summer and a fungus had killed off most of the zoysia in our easement between the street and sidewalk. We live on two corners so there is quite a lot of this. Apparently, the workers weren't clear on how much they were supposed to clear with sod cutters in preparation for sodding, and after I spoke with them, they called the office and in the end included another section, but not all that was needed (missing about 10%). While they blew off the walkways, mud wasn't removed. They were to come back the next day and lay sod, but by 2 p.m. hadn't shown up. I called the office and they were out within an hour and did the work, although some of the sod wasn't making contact with the soil beneath it and deep holes near sewers that were caused by erosion weren't filled or stabilized. The sod was in very good condition and we were fortunate in having some good rain after the application. It looks good at present but we will have to take care of the erosion issue yet. Terry's also had a few weeks earlier come out to aerate and seed. I had to call them back because it was clear that a good portion had been missed. Although they didn't tell me they were coming out, apparently they did return and deepened the aeration. There was a large quantity of seed in some places, but so much dead zoysia in those places that the seed couldn't have possibly entered the soil before dying off. I then removed the dead grass and reseeded and strawed the badly damaged places. Seeding that Terry's had done elsewhere did come up. Such a mixed experience! In the future I would look for a servicer that was more communicative, that clearly described what they understood the job to cover, and that checked back with me about my satisfaction with the work done, and whose crew seemed to care about the job.
