ZERO stars! Brian and his son came out to cable a clogged sewer line at one of my apartment buildings. Originally Brian and his son were very friendly and easy to work with however; then, shortly after, Brian got his cable stuck in the sewer line. After about 30 minutes of trying to get it unstuck, Brian’s demeanor quickly changed from friendly to completely unprofessional. He became very hostile and started cursing stating that he was having a great day until he got to my property and I just caused him a days worth of work because he just lost $350 worth of tools in the cable that was stuck in my sewer. He told then began to taunt me stating that the clog in my sewer had been fixed but now I have a cable stuck in the line and he was out of there. When I asked him what he was going to do about the stuck cable, he told me that it was my problem and he was not going to come back. I immediately called the office. I told his wife the reason I chose them as a service provider is that they guarantee their work and gave them an opportunity to come back out and fix their mistake. She agreed that she would talk to Brian after he calmed down and she would get back to me. The next morning she called me back and left a cryptic message to avoid liability stating that after she talked to Brian, he recommend I have someone dig up the sewer line and replace it. So now I have a 30+ ft sewer cable stuck in my sewer. Thanks, Brian! I guess that 20+ years of experience you boast about really means nothing when the going gets tough.

Brian called before coming as he said he would, gave me the time they would arrive, were on time and did a great job at getting our sewer unclogged. They were friendly, courteous and very professional. He gave me good advice on how to prevent a back up from happening in the future. I was completely satisfied with their demeanor and professionalism. The cost was very reasonable. I will always call them if I need sewer service in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone needing sewer service.

Brian showed up on time with a camera and was able to determine that part of the tile roof had fallen into the downspout. He was very diligent about making sure the blockage was pushed all the way through. His camera was invaluable to determining what was going on and he ran it all the way out so I could verify the integrity of the clay pipe drain. He is now my go to guy for drain service.

Great. He showed up exactly when he said he would and had the repair completed within an hour or so.

It was very fine service. It cost about $100. They stood by their work, came promptly, polite, needed drain clean if they had people call. I do not know. It was maybe 4 or 5 months ago.

It went well - we was about an hour late - but had called and told me he was stuck on a job. Once onsite, he was all business. Located the sewer access, scoped the entire line. Took the time to explain what we were looking at (if you haven't seen one, the videos are a little ink-blot and a little ultra-sound'ish). He gave us an assessment of the sewer lines and what to expect over the next few years. He did suggest to have the line run with a blade to cut out a small root before it had a chance to grow.

I called on Taylor Sewer Service on July 5 and was able to get an appointment for Brian to come to the house the morning of July 7 to clean out a clogged basement sewer that had backed up a few times recently. On the morning of the 7th, I was given a call to let me know he would be arriving within 15 minutes. He arrived shortly after, and initially ran a snake from the sewer inlet in the front of the house to the street sewer, then ran the snake toward the sewer in the house basement. The pipes were clear in both directions, so he came into the house and ran the snake through the sewer opening in the basement floor. He had to run it several times, pouring water through a sink above the sewer opening until finally the drain opened fully and the water flowed freely through the drain. He informed me that water draining from the air conditioner overflow hose into the sewer had likely left mineral deposits over the years and that if I poured some bleach into the drain a couple times a year, that would dissolve any deposits that built up during the course of the year. He advised me to call back if there were any problems within the next 90 days. He cleaned up before leaving. I would call Brian for any similar work without hesitation. I was able to get an appointment quickly and he was responsive and friendly and the cost of his service was quite reasonable. As of this report, I have not had any further problems with the sewer backing up.

Went great. Always able to point out cost effective ways to accomplish goals.

Great. arrived on time, let me know progress, resolution and most recent remedy to prevent further buildup by showing me how to remove the smaller buildups with a fabricated coat hanger to remove big tails of hair. YUK, but good for preventing the problem.

When I called to ask if they could put in a new sink for us they came out right away and did the work. I thought they were very courteous. They were helpful. They have good prices. I will use them again.
