They have a pretty good price very good service. I would recommend them.

Rick has supplied us with wood for the past several years. Everything has been top notch from the quality, to the stacking, to the communication. I would highly recommend Rick for all of your firewood needs.

I ordered one 8' x 4' stack of firewood last year. I do not remember the exact date. Based on advertisement and reviews I felt confident. The crew was friendly and they finished stacking promptly. When I began to burn the wood, I found that about one-half of the firewood was not totally seasoned and contained too much moisture The wood sizzled as the excess moisture boiled out of the burning wood. I then sorted the remaining stack based on weight, separating the seasoned wood from the not quite ready to burn wood. I was a bit disappointed.

Rick was great to deal with in all aspects. He set realistic expectations in terms of product availability. He was prompt and cleaned up after the delivery. Will definitely use him again.

Everything went according to plan. The firewood was delivered and stacked neatly, and the area was cleaned up after completion. The firewood appears to be well seasoned, and the price was competitive with past providers.

Slow getting delivery as he was overbooked in 2016. Did deliver as soon as 2017 season started.

Called and Rick answered and he was able to deliver that same day what I was looking for. A 4'x4'x17" of seasoned hardwood oak. They delivered and stacked it neatly on my patio and cleaned up after the delivery. Will hire Rick again. Thx

Rick delivered 6 yards of nice mulch and spot dumped it in various places around my yard. The price was good, and it saved me the hassle of loading and unloading a truck. Communications were good, and he showed up when he said he would. I'd definitely call him again

I ordered enough firewood to fill two 4x4 firewood racks for the winter. Rick and his team were super-prompt with calling me back for the quote, arrived when promised, and unloaded and *very* neatly stacked my firewood in no time at all. I grew up in Maine, where "good stacking" of firewood is something of an art form. Rick and his team would fit in well there! The wood was cut into nice long fireplace-sized lengths, beautifully split, and perfectly seasoned. Service was easy, high quality, and professional. I will definitely use Tarrillion Firewood again.

The Firewood is great quality and it took them less than 30 minutes to stack the wood and cleanup. I placed a second order today with Rick and luckily I will only have to wait a week during this busy time.

The wood is very good. It's all split from the trunk rather than the branches. I appreciate that. He came quickly and he stacked everything just nicely. It was good wood. He was very punctual. He's as professional as he could be.

They arrived when expected, did an excellent job of unloading and stacking and swept up afterward.

I called and left a message. Received a call back the next day. We set an appointment for the delivery. That was the week of really bad weather. Rick kept in constant contact with me regarding the delivery date and approximate time. The night before he called to verify delivery. He unloaded the firewood and stacked it neatly in fire racks that I had in my backyard. He and his helper were very courteous. He cleaned up any debris that was left between his truck and the firewood racks. Presented my bill as promised for the amount promised, I paid and he was on his way. I plan to use Rick again next year and will refer him to any friends or family members looking for firewood

I have bought firewood from Rick on two different occasions and he has been great. Always quick service, reasonable price and ensures the wood is stacked and area cleaned up afterword's.

He never delivered the wood. Never called. We have since called 3 times and he has not once returned our call. I don't understand, we are still willing to use him but he won't return our phone call and it is very irritating.

I emailed 3 different firewood suppliers and received only 2 responses. Ricks price was $135.00 for 1/3 cord (4'x8' stack) with free delivery and stacking. The other estimate was from a nursery for $135.00 for 1/3 cord and also included additional costs for delivery ($20.00) and labor for stacking. I made the right choice selecting Rick. They arrived and stacked the wood right where I wanted it and they did it quick. They had a wheelbarrow for hauling the wood and worked very efficiently. I think this was a great deal. Thanks Rick.

Rick and Chris arrived promptly and were very courteous and friendly. It was the first time we used this type of service and the reviews on Angies list were accurate. The wood was properly seasoned. and very good quality. On their website they said they built their business on making the customer happy. From our experience that is the truth. You will not find a better firewood company delivering to the St. Louis area. I will recommend them to everyone I know needing firewood. Next spring I will call them again for mulch.

They called me on a monday, had the wood delivered that friday. Stacked it where I asked, and also filled up my wood holder near the house (unasked).

This time purchased firewood from Tarrillions again. On the firewood side, I have a small fireplace insert and Rick always remembers and makes sure the firewood is short enough to fit. It is always top quality dry seasoned firewood. They stack in my garage and clean up afterwords. Always prompt and professional. During the spring they deliver and spread our mulch, it is dark and they do a great job.
