Description of Work: Raccoon in my crawlspace, he did the repair after critter control removed the raccoon. Put "socks" on my porch. Did tuck pointing. Fence repair. Hot water heater.

+ -1 moreHe gave me a bid and I thought that it was a little high. I wanted a 4-feet wide gate and not a standard one since people were having trouble bringing in lawn mowers and other things and felt that the cost was justified. He is just an individual but he does good work. He had helped me with some things in the house. I was happy with his work in the house, but if you have small jobs and he has a big job come up, then you may get keeping getting pushed to the back.
Description of Work: T Woytus Construction gave me an estimate for putting up a fence and gate.
