The service was professional and Keith Aggas, the owner, was friendly, helpful, and very flexible and worked with the unpredictable construction schedule.

We hired Surface Guardian to put a treatment on our windows and refinish (sand, stain, and poly) our hardwood floors. The total bill was $7,200 for floors, $975 for stairs, and $3,500 for windows. We paid $5,500 down. He did one room of the hardwood floors. There were splotches and stains and we told him we could not accept it. He tried to do another room and ended with the same result and then he agreed he could not do the floors. We had to have another company come in and refinish the floors, including the ones he attempted. He did do most of the windows but they were not all finished which he said he would be back to complete but it has not happened yet and we will just take the loss. Because he could not complete the job for the floors that he was hired to do we feel we are due a refund of $2,000. We will not worry about the remaining windows but feel that we should not pay $2,000 for something he was not qualified to complete and had to be redone.
