I never write negative reviews and I do often give many positive reviews however my recent experience with this service provider has been so awful I feel I have to share it with others. I understand issues related to scheduling. I understand weather. I understand making a mistake and under-quoting and then calling to adjust it up. What I fail to understand is a company in the service industry that promises to complete a project by May 24th and now it is June 10 and the work has barely been started. I also fail to understand why no calls go returned and when they say they will be there Tuesday and the job will be done Thursday and then they don't show up until Wednesday and don't come back until the following Monday. I'm very easy going. A little communication is all I need. Set my expectations, keep me in the loop. However, I have no idea when they will show up again and whether they will actually finish this job. I just can't imagine this is how you treat a customer spending $15,000. Maybe the job isn't big enough for them to take it seriously.

Poor responsiveness. Did not promptly get back to me when they said they would. I was a repeat customer for many years, but after my more recent experiences, I would never use them again.

This company did a very good job, unlike the contractor. They were here on time, respectful and they left the job site very clean. Their fee was part of the $65,000 paid to the general contractor.
