SULLY'S LANDSCAPE LIGHTING DESIGN AND INSTALLATION

We were going to use Sully lighting to totally overhaul our landscape lighting for our home in Compton Heights. Sully came out and was not the least expensive but very promising. We had to pause the project due to yard project that would have to be completed to then install a brand new lighting system. In the interim we asked Sully to come fix our existing system so that we had time to complete the first project. I was extremely clear that we did not want to spend over the small budget I had set aside for repairs. Telling him that we did not have to move forward with the repairs if he felt he could not do it for the budget I set aside. I even called him during the repairs to ensure we I was totally understood. All the while he gave me the "don't worry I understand. I'll work within your budget." I was shocked seeing the invoice come across my inbox. He totally took advantage of my trust and went for a money grab. Needless to say we will never use him and I will definitely be alerting the neighborhood. What a shame, trust is everything when it comes to your home, and a money grab is never, ever, a good idea.

The owner wanted to send two men and I insisted on only one (at $55/hr). The installer did a very clean installation and it took him 5 1/2 hrs.

THE OWNER, MARK SULLIVAN, IS VERY CUSTOMER-FOCUSED AND DESIGNS A GOOD LIGHTNING LOOK. I AM DISAPPOINTED IN THE RELIABILITY OF THE LIGHTING SYSTEMS. SEVERAL UNITS HAVE STOPPED WORKING AND MR. SULLIVAN CAN'T GET THEM WORKING AGAIN.
