Suburban Kitchen Bath and Remodeling LLC

Description of Work: I was referred to Stan Clement of Suburban Kitchen & Bath by Suburban Leisure Center. We had a DCS gas grill that was in need of repair. It was determined that it was better to spend the money on a new grill rather than repair the old one. The grill sits in a brick & stone surround. We were told that the new $4000 grill would fit perfectly in the existing opening of the stone top. He was paid $300 to install it. The grill does NOT fit correctly but Stan assured us that he could easily fit a couple of pieces on it to make it work. In addition to that, it's minor but bothersome, the lid does not close completely when lowered. After NUMEROUS calls to Stan and Suburban Leisure Center (which is now out of business) we were assured that Stan would be out to fix the grill. The last date was December 2nd. He never showed up. I would never hire this man again to fix my grill much less renovate my kitchen or bath (which is his main business).
