The work was done extremely well and on-time! The did a beautiful job. Woul shire them again in a flash

Granite and ultimate workmanship was excellent. Not the most efficient from a business process perspective. I had to call to inquire about next steps more than I would have liked.

SFI did an outstanding job from the first contact with the salesman to the final details of installation. SFI helped coordinate the removal of old counter tops and installation of granite counter tops with an outside contractor--this was most helpful and made for a turnkey project.

Ken Wilson, the salesman at Stone Fabricators, was easy to work with. The same day that I emailed the company about getting an estimate, Ken was at our house taking measurements. That same day, he dropped by with granite samples (which we were allowed to keep) so that we could compare the stones' colors to our cabinets and appliances. The templating was easy, and the install even easier. The workers that installed the countertops were friendly, it only took them about 2-3 hours, and the site was cleaned. The countertops look wonderful. As part of the contract, Stone Fabricators makes clear that the tear out of the existing countertops, and installation of the faucet, is done by a third party. You pay the third party directly. Nick, the person who handled our tear out, was easy to work with, was in-and-out of the house quickly, and did a great job. Overall, very satisfied with the whole experience. My only complaint is that during the install the company does not caulk the countertops (which is disclosed in the contract). Not a big deal, it's a $4 tube of caulk. My problem is that every time I try and caulk something, it looks awful . . . so I asked Nick to do it and he gladly did.

Went great, countertops are beautiful. Ken Wilson was professional and pleasant to work with. The only reason I gave a B for responsiveness was it took a long time to get the job done. But in all fairness Ken was upfront that they were very busy and it would take a while. They are busy because of the great job they do and I would use them again in the future.

Manufacturer of quartz material, Cambria, was delayed several months. Not SFI's fault. Initial fabricated pieces did not match as well as we were expecting and SFI remade the order with new material brought in at no cost to us. They stand by their work. Job turned out very nice. I will use them again in the future.

They did a beautiful job and because we were members of Angie's List we received a free sink. They were very patient. We had no problem at all.

The service was prompt and professional, with each contact person giving us great advice and recommendations to enhance the project. The countertops were installed within 2 weeks of the template being done as advertised. They even threw in a round tabletop taken from a piece of scrap from the project! The installers were fast and professional, and took great care. On the morning of arrival of the countertops, we discovered that the ogee edges we had requested had not been done, and the crew immediately offered to return the countertops to the shop; however, we decided it wasn't a "make or break feature", and the countertops were installed and the price was adjusted accordingly. We would most definitely recommend this company, and will use them in the future for our 2 bathroom remodels that we plan to do.

I went to their showroom. They have an extensive display. Measurements were taken and the vanity (from Crestwood Cabinets) was built as specified. It was pricey but good quality. Stone Fabricators did not do the installation. I'm happy with the outcome.

The company was very helpful. They showed us various options and we were able to use a stock remnant piece. They came to the house and measured, made a template for approval, cut and finished the granite, and installed it and a trough sink. Being able to use a remnant saved us money. They did a superb job measuring - it fit perfectly. The sink was a trough sink and, again, they cut and installed it perfectly. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if the need arises.

We are still in the process of getting our kitchen cabinets, after which we will be seriously looking for granite counter tops, but Stone Fabricators is on our short list of suppliers and fabricators.

The service was excellent. The piece of granite had cracked due to lack of support beneath it. They removed the piece of granite, took it to their shop and repaired it. When they replaced the piece of granite they put support below it to prevent it from cracking again.

We were happy with them. We went there and looked at what was available in granite. They came and measured as we had picked what we wanted. Then they came in for templates and then they cut it and brought it. They told how long it was going to take and then they came when they were supposed to. We had an odd shaped like 27” gap and about 3’ wide and it had to be a custom cut as it was not a rectangle at all for desk cut that we can keep our books in our library area. The people who came out were professional and accurate. I think they came on a rainy day and they wore booties. So they were good.

I spent around $5000 on that work. Nothing could have been better and it was outstanding. The layout was great and we were very happy with them. They were punctual and kept me up to date on the status of the project the entire time because it was a 14 day wait period. We enjoyed visiting their showroom and they were very knowledgeable.

Our sales rep (Todd Vouga) was helpful and cooperative. He had quoted the job based on being able to get all the pieces out of 2 slabs. When he found this was not possible with the 2 slabs of our chosen pattern they had in stock, they found that another supplier had 2 slabs of that same pattern which were big enough to complete our job. We went there to view and approve the slabs, and he had them delivered to his location for processing. When the templates were complete, we viewed them placed on our actual slabs and approved them. A few days later, he emailed us and said that during computer imaging, the technicians had found a better way to lay out the pieces to make the one seam a better match. They sent the photos, and we approved by email. The quality of the installation was excellent. The one seam looks very good, although not perfect. They told us it would take 3 weeks from the day the templates were drawn, and it was 3 weeks to the day. The handyman they recommended and scheduled for us did a good job, which included installing the new faucets we had purchased elsewhere and moving our hot water dispenser to a new location. Overall, it was a very good experience, and we are highly satisfied. In addition to all this, we hired a carpenter/general contractor to do the dry wall, paint, and carpentry repairs which were needed to compensate for the fact that the new countertops are not as thick as the old, so there were gaps to process.

I was very happy with them. They were professional and I thought that their price was good. They were different people who did the tile and the granite and everybody that I’d dealt with were good. They cleaned up and were very nice. They took their time and they were very exact in what they were doing. They were very careful.

They were fine. We didn't have much dealings with them except for going to choose the granite. The overall interaction was excellent. We were very happy with the result. We had no problems with their responsiveness. Their punctuality was fine.

The work went fine. The sink looks great and we don?t have any problems. It was quick and the granite is very beautiful. The price was fair and was in the middle range. I didn?t have any issues with their punctuality. It was a very small job.

We went there and selected the granite, set a date, and they came out and installed it. It is beautiful. The only glitch was that something had to be done on the second day, but it wasn't important.

They are very professional, I think they gave excellent customer service, they really made special commendations for the time lines, they are very patient and hassle free, and they clean up after themselves.

This is a top quality company. The counter tops look great. There is several different kinds of granite that compliment each other beautifully. They are a very knowledgeable company and I would recommend them to anyone. They have a website that provides you with lots of information.
