We are very happy with the work STL Build Pro did in our home. The planning went smoothly. They were able to accommodate us by scheduling the messy demo of the plaster walls while we were out of town. Gutting bathrooms in a 110 year old house can be challenging but they were able to overcome any surprises behind the old walls and floors. We knew the layout we wanted and what we wanted to achieve to maximize space. Jason and Tony listened and executed our plan beautifully. Tony, the lead on our job was very responsive and attentive to detail. If there was something that we were not happy with they made the necessary adjustments immediately. He and the workers were always on time and completed aspects of the job when scheduled. Both Jason and Tony walked us through picking out all the fixtures, flooring, and other allowances. They were very respectful of our home, my family and our dogs.

We hired STL Build Pro for a complete remodel of our bathroom. We worked directly with Tony, the project manager, and Jason, the owner. We had a budget in place and after choosing all our products and going slightly over budget, Jason was very helpful in directing us to some other good quality products, that then fell within our budget. The quality of work in our bathroom is outstanding. It is gorgeous. Jason recommended an Onyx shower, and we couldn't be happier. Tony was very responsive whenever we needed to reach out. He was very very quick to respond and also was very accommodating to our hectic schedule. The entire team was always on time, we even noticed they were parked out front early and would come in right at starting time and get right to work. Everyone was super professional. They went above and beyond to be pet friendly and respectful of our home. We are very pleased with the work done to our bathroom.

It's kind of tale of two stories. Jason, Tony and his team were on top of everything at the beginning. We had them do exterior work which included new windows, soffits and fascia. The exterior work was done with fine craftsmanship. Then we got into the kitchen remodel which was full demo and a brand new kitchen. They advised me to use their contact for cabinets and counters, E&B Granite. Their prices were fair and we decided to move forward with them. The demo was fine and when we started to build the new kitchen, we started having issues. Their workers are fine for painting, patching etc, but when it comes to quality of finished product, it leaves a lot to be desired. We had a wall removed between the kitchen and dining room and there needed to be a bump out to hold an extra wall cabinet where the wall was taken out. Tony, the project manager, told his guy "just make sure its at least XX inches from the wall." This little bump out turned to be WAY to big and looks silly. There was no rhyme or reason to what Tony was telling his guys. When we finally got our cabinets, two of the cabinets were wrong, but their guys placed the other cabinets in a fashion that the right cabinets would not fit. So, when we got the new cabinets, they were so small, that are barely usable. THEN, when we installed our appliances (which everyone had the specs on), the cabinet next to the stove would not open as it hit the handle of the stove. We tried an easy fix bc we didn't want our whole kitchen torn apart again. It looks bad and the pieces they added do not match the others. This brand new kitchen that we spent a lot of money on looks piecemealed together. The cabinet guy felt bad so he gave us free spice rack!!!! Yippee! We had many issues come out and were told many different things by Tony, and the owner Jason, but 1 out of 5 things we were told actually happened. Tony goes from job to job without taking notes so most things are forgotten. Tony forgot both of our inspection times and we were left scrambling at the end. The biggest issue we have is with our tile for our backsplash. They self performed this and it looks horrible. The guy the had doing it told us he hates doing tile, and now I know why. The tile is so uneven that it would look better with nothing on it. They didn't know how to property install marble tile or the pencil border. We waited for 2 months for a final walkthrough, but it never happened. I sent my list of issues to Tony and Jason and they came out and said they'll fix whatever they need to. They did come and try to fix the tile, BUT, sent the SAME guy who originally did it!!! He did about half the tile then I told them not to send him back. If tile gets started the wrong way, it can't be fixed. We were so tired of the excuses of "tile is not perfect", "that's just they way it is". If you run your finger up and down the wall it will literally get stuck on tiles that stick out way too far. While Tony and Jason were here to discuss the issues that needed to be fixed, only 2 out of 5 things we told them actually happened. Tony missed appointments and our final inspection as well. We NEVER had a final walkthrough even though Tony said he'd be here. We got so frustrated we decided that we don't want them back in our house at all. We are hiring a real company to finish it up the right way. We constantly had trash in our YARD that was never picked up. Instead of using a dumpster like most contractors, they pile the trash in your yard and come by every other week or so and pick it up. Looks really classy to our neighbors. They do good exterior work and patching and painting. But for any sort of craftmanship, buyer beware. Their guys constantly complain about the other workers and their bosses, so be ready for drama as well.

Jason came out for the original bid and follow up. He asked a ton of great questions -- very thorough! He got us our bid quickly and came it at a terrific price. Scott and Bob did the work -- WOW -- it's fantastic. A very professional job. You can tell they are perfectionists and take a lot of pride in what they do. Same with Jason. Everyone with the company seems very invested in the customer's satisfaction, and they are eager to meet and exceed your expectations. We have had many, many contractors and subcontractors here this year -- I've lost count -- as we are doing a ton of work on our house. These folks and their office staff have been the best to work with and have provided the finest work we've received. I'd call them again in a heartbeat and am already trying to figure out how and when to get them back here to do more projects. Wish we would have found them years ago... Would have saved us so much money and hassle and stress. Oh well. Lesson learned. THANK YOU for exceptional service and an excellent job!

The gutters need to be replaced and cannot be repaired. My review reflects the level of professionalism during this interaction. While we did not actually do work yet, when I can afford to I will contact STL Build Pro.

Once contacted was made, they were fast and efficient.

Great. Told me everything they were doing before doing it. Found more problems then fixed it.

They showed up on time, did the work quickly and cleaned up and left.

I found the entire company to be professional – responsive and respectful. They were ALWAYS on time and completed each day’s work as promised. It did take over 6 weeks but the Permits/Supplies and changes that we made were definitely part of the time-line and process.

Prepaid for 4 hours of gutter work. Did not hear from the company for over a week and when I did, they told me they would not do the work I needed. I needed screens that had fallen out of gutters replaced and soldered in to keep them from coming out again which they refused. They were happy to upsale me to a more expensive product though. I've canceled the service and expect a full refund.

The work went well. They spent four hours and the repair and cleaning.

I purchased a deal for up to 2 hours of roof maintenance and repair. They came a week within the purchase date. It was a great price. I believe the cheapest I saw. They were on time but they were only there for less than an hour. I didn't question the timing as they did what needed to be done. They also cleaned out the gutter for me. They were very nice.

It went well, with a little hiccup, because I needed more ridge shingles. I live seven blocks from Home Depot and felt I was being charged a little too much to have the repairman pick up another bundle. We did come to an agreement and the work was completed to my satisfaction. The supervisor/owner sets the prices, so any thing out side of your deal means you may be speaking to him for price adjustments. The repairman was the best! I would do it again. My only regret is that I didn't have it done sooner.

Jason Carrera came to my house to give me an estimate for roof repair. The company's initial bid was for &7751 for CertainTeed Landmark architectural shingles covering a 2545 sq ft roof. They also bid out separately $1200 for a CertainTeed Flintastic flat roof membrane covering a sun room. I called and requested an additional bid for a shingle upgrade to Class 4 - impact resistance. The CertainTeed Landmark IR shingles increased the bid by $2400. Jason was very prompt in answering my questions and accommodating my requests.

They scheduled the appointment very quickly after I purchased the big deal and were very pleasant to deal with. The work was completed quickly and professionally and I would gladly hire them for future projects.

It went great! They were very professional, easy to work with, and I felt their estimate was very fair. I really like that their company is able to do so many different things (roofing, painting, siding, etc) - it makes it really convenient when you have a job like I had and need a few different skill sets.

Very good . He saw the problem and repaired it, and told us to have it rechecked in a couple of years. Very professional, very pleasant.

STLBuildPro was subcontracted to work on our project by a General contractor that we had a contract with. STLBuildPro was great. They were very professional and their work was outstanding. I would hire them outright for any project in my house.

Jason and his crew did a bathroom remodel. They had to do a complete tear out of all the walls, plumbing, electrical, and sub floors. Jason met with us during the planning phase and helped us with figuring out what would work within our budget, while understanding what our goals and ideas were, with the project. He met with us when it came down to picking out the tile, and offering input on what colors and types of tiles would get us most bang for our buck. He did a great job of understanding what we wanted and doing his best to make it happen. During the project, he helped us out by making a temporary shower for us in the basement, major major bonus. The weather turned on us, and wound up being the coldest, snowiest time of the winter during the entire project. His crew did an outstanding job of keeping the house clean and doors shut during the tear out. When it was time for the electricians and plumber to show up, they always showed up when scheduled, and on time. Jason's crew were always on time, courteous, and worked hard. If any issues arose, they were quick with communicating them to Jason and I, so they would be quickly resolved to keep the project on time. The remodel came in exactly on time(would've been a few days early if it weren't for the city inspectors!), and exactly on budget. It also exceeded our expectations. STLBuildPro hit a grand slam with our bathroom remodel! Next up, our kitchen!

Provider took two times to complete job. They missed a section of the gutter to clean and needed to do some re-sealing. This is understandable. They were responsive when we needed them to come back out to finish. The only thing we were not happy with was that there was debris from the gutters left in the yard.
