Description of Work: I cannot remember exact date serviceman was here, but it was shortly after we purchased the service. A young man did come out promptly. He stayed a very short time, maybe 30 minutes. Siding was still loose after he said he fixed it. He seemed more interested in selling us on having roof vent collars replaced for $600.

+ 2 moreWe had a number of items which needed to be addressed. Our gutters were cleaned, repaired and gutter guards installed. The gutter guards are high quality and do not negatively affect the aesthetics of the house. They noticed that our flat roof wasn't affixed properly and repaired it. We had a small amount of water in our basement. The first step to solving the issue was calking the driveway where it meets the house. This was done neatly and effectively. All work was affordable and done in a timely manner. Everyone we worked with was very professional. Looking forward to working with them again!

+ 1 moreThe property in question is a former residence that is now rented to others. Carrera was actually subcontracted by Five Star Exteriors, which had problems doing the work themselves. Carrera did a great job and called me to advise me that I had significant hail damage on the roof that was causing the fascia board rotting. They inspected the roof and provided a detailed estimate.
Description of Work: Replaced rotten fascia board and wrapped all fascia boards in vinyl.
