Description of Work: This is the second time that I have turned to Steve's Affordable Plumbing and Drain Cleaning in times of crisis. Both times he was not able to help me---once because the type of plumbing that I needed was not what he did, and the second time because he was fully booked. Both times, however, he took the time to refer me to someone else. That was helpful. I was grateful to him for that.

+ 0 moreVery well. Steve checked not only the suspected kitchen pipes, but also confirmed that there was no downstream sewer backup all the way to the garage.
Description of Work: The kitchen sink drain was badly backed up into laundry room sink and pipes heading out of the house, etc. Steve cleaned it out; it took about a full hour to clear the backup.

Description of Work: Kitchen sink and shop sink in laundry room, which are connected/stacked, were severely clogged. Steve cleaned the drain.

+ -1 moreI received their card from the Hampton/Loughborough Tru-Valu. Each time my basement has flooded, I've called Steve and have been able to schedule a drain cleaning as needed. They are always on time, my drain is cleaned and they let me know what to expect in the future and how to manage my issue since I live in an older home.

+ -1 moreThey did an excellent job. The price was very reasonable. We've had him do a couple of jobs for us and he's always been very reasonable and always gets the job done correctly the first time. If we don't have a part he'll tell my husband what part he needs. He's treated us very well. He was recommended to me by a neighbor.
Description of Work: We had a gas line that had a leak in it. They had to completely replace it. He had to take the pipe from our laundry room wall through our wall that separates our kitchen and living room and then attach the pipe to the range that we have in our kitchen.
