Stephanie's Cleaning Service

She has been cleaning my house every few weeks for the past year. She does a decent job cleaning, although she doesn’t spend as much time at house as she said she would when she gave me a quote. She leaves things out of place and lights on, so it’s clear she is rushing the job. Main complaint is that she is totally unreliable. I never know if she’ll show up on scheduled days, and she often cancels at the last minute — or just doesn’t show up without contacting me. She often fails to respond to calls or texts.

Stephanie made an appointment to look at our house to give us a quote for cleaning every other week. She cancelled the appointment with 1/2 hour notice because she was tied up at another job. We scheduled another appointment for 2 days later. She cancelled that appointment with 1-1/2 hour notice because her basement flooded. We set up a third appointment for 2 days later, no show, no call, no text, didn't answer when I called 15 minutes and then again 1 hour after scheduled appointment.

I called them Monday of this week and she worked me in this week. So happy about that!! They did a great job. Loved that there were 2 of them so they weren't here all day. Did a great job cleaning our house. Very happy with everything!!!

They were out several times and did a wonderful job. They were very nice and did a good job. I probably used them for about three months. I was never here when they were here.

The job was to clean after a filthy tenant had vacated my townhouse, so I wasn't shocked at the price for the cleaning. By the time the date came for them to clean, I had done over four hours of cleaning myself, including all the baseboards on the first floor and the refrigerator. Still, there was a lot left to do. Two people came to clean. I was surprised when I got a call from them in the early afternoon ~2 pm, that they had left because they were finished. For a total of 10 hours of work between them maximum, is a hefty $55/hour. If they had done an amazing job in cleaning, I would have been okay with that rate. Upon closer inspection afterwards, I found crumb piles along the baseboards in the kitchen, the wood floors were still grimey and dull, they didn't vacuum a rug in the basement. All in all, a the job they did I would expect for maybe $15/hour. They were very nice, but I would not hire them again.

They did a great job! The price was fair and they came highly recommended. We will use them again.

Stephanie and her co-worker did amazing job cleaning my house, the windows and even did the laundry. I was very happy she and her team even cleaned inside the couches. I would recommend her 100%.

Stephanie's cleaning service was great! they showed up on time, they have reasonable prices. We have a family of six, and also two German shepherds . They cleaned everything in detail. Stephanie and Cathy have been coming to our house for over a year. We use them every 2 weeks and they are great. They are willing to do extra things without asking for more money. They are communicative and responsive when we have a special request. They even refinished our floors without telling us or asking for more money. They are a pleasure to use and work with and they do an excellent job.

I called this company for deep house cleaning for 900 sq ft empty house .And i have explained everything in detail and asked to clean . They did very poor job not even basic cleaning was done .All i could smell in the house is bleach , but no cleaning done .They were not even able to remove the coffee spilled stains from a wood floor . floors were not clean , ceiling fans not cleaned , bathroom tub stains as it is .I called the professional cleaners so they would use chemicals to remove tough stains. They did some level of cleaning in a hurry and charged me $125. i would not recommend this to anyone. Very impatient

It is 2 1/2-3 hours. I haven't had any problem with them. It is just two girls and it is their company. There is not a lot of turnover and there are not a lot of people in my house that have my security code and stuff like that. I don't like a different girl every week. They are good and thorough. The price seems about right for the time. It is $25 per hour for 2 girls which I don't think is outrageous. They worked with me on price. They first came in at $85 and I said I would do it for $75. They are flexible and I will tell them different things to clean each time because I don't need the same things cleaned every time. They don't nickel and dime me. They are top notch. I've used them for 6-8 months and I've had no problem at all. It keeps my wife happy. They have been able to reschedule when I needed. I've never had a problem with them being on time and once I forget to leave a check and they said they would get it the next time. I will definitely continue to use them.
