Tom was very easy to work with, the appointment was scheduled within days and the process took 2 hours as promised. John and Rick were punctual and very professional and explained everything to me. Description of Work: St. Louis Radon installed a radon mitigation system in my 5000 sqf house with RP265 fan and 4 inch pipes from basement to roof. My house was tested radon at average 5.6. Initially I thought the price was slightly higher than the competitors. However, I chose this company for the following reasons: 1)patient to educate consumer-Tom takes his time to answer all my questions; 2)very fast to have in-house assessment- I was on the phone with Tom in the early afternoon, Tom made it to my house by 8pm. Went through the house to make sure there is no hidden factors to hinder this project; 3)web site provides bundle of information- before I got on the phone with Tom, I toured the site to get bundle of information. A well designed site; 4)no long waiting to schedule the job - from the first meeting to completion of the job was only one week. 5)very prompt arrival on scheduled job date; 6)professional workmanship- I have snow white carpet in the entire house, Tom and his crew did their best to help minimizing dirt into the basement. The drilling in the concrete is dustless. The finished work site was cleaned up by the crew. Basement concrete and sump pit were sealed as described to me. 7)above and beyond service - at the last step to seal the pipe opening on the roof, Tom spotted my gutter being clogged. Instead of ignoring it or mentioning to me this as outside of the scope of the project, Tom and his crew took their time to remove the debris from the gutter. Not every service company is willing to go that far. The system is newly installed. When our test results came back and we had a Radon reading of 1.1.
